(Warning - the following may contain some - very mild - SPOILERS for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Though since the most SPOILER-ific of them involves Bigfoot, you're probably pretty much safe...)
Now, if you're half as excited about Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice as everybody here at Moviepilot is, then there's a pretty good chance you've spent a decent chunk of the past few months pouring over each and every image, video, plot tease and rumor that's emerged from the film's set and post-production process. After all, there're sure to be some secrets buried in there somewhere - we just have to find them.
As it turns out, though:
There Might Just Be Some Huge Secrets Hidden in...The Costumes?
That's right - as the film's costume designer, Michael Wilkinson, recently told the People's Choice Blog, there looks set to be some hints and teases hidden right in plan sight:
"Zack [Snyder, the film's director] had a great idea to have some Kryptonian script subliminally included in the details of [Superman's] suit, so we made that happen...There is ancient Greek script on Wonder Woman’s weapons too."
Which, at the distance (and in the resolution) we've thus far seen the pair's costumes...sadly don't seem to be visible...
What it does suggest, though - alongside the fact that we're now all going to be staring at Superman's skin-tight suit even more closely than usual - is that if we do manage to get a detailed enough look at either of the outfits, we might just find something pretty darned intriguing...
What's more - according to Wilkinson, Superman and Wonder Woman aren't the only heroes we should be keeping a pretty close eye on. Specifically, he also revealed that:
"My favorite details of the batsuit are the brass knuckles on the gloves."
Which...actually makes total sense, looking back at the Bat-Pics we've already had the chance to see:
Especially if you take a closer look...
The even more intriguing part of Wilkinson's revelation, though?
We Now Know Small Costume Details Could Mean a Whole Lot
Lex Luthor's Bigfoot T-Shirt, anyone?
What do you think, though?
