MIchael Shannon, who played Zod in 2013's Man of Steel, has recently stated in an interview with Vulture "I had these wax flippers on my fingers, and I couldn’t open the door, and I could hear Zack being like, 'Where’s Shannon?"

Note this was when he was on the set of Batman v. Superman Dawn of Justice.

So what EXACTLY does this mean?

Possibly confirming Doomsday rumor

By now we've all heard the rumors that Zod's body will be transformed into the enemy known as Doomsday. So what does Zod being engineered into Doomsday have to do with him wearing flipper hands? They could be used as a prosthetic that is later on edited to fit the blade-like bones he generally has on his hands.

Unfortunately Michael Shannon didn't give anymore information on the flippers, leaving us scratching our heads. But i can't imagine what else they're used for.

Thanks for reading guys hope you enjoyed my article. Tell me what you think about Michael's "flipper hands" in the comments below. Until next time guys see you later!
