The Silence of the Lambs is the only horror movie to ever clean up at the Academy Awards. It's the one movie that even your friends who claim they don't like horror movies will have enjoyed.

If you want a piece of that horror history, wanna live near Pittsburgh and have a spare $300,000 you can now purchase Buffalo Bill's house from The Silence of the Lambs, possibly the most eminently quotable film of all time...

If this house could talk it would say:

'Would you buy me? I'd buy me. I'd buy me hard.'

Fans of the movie will be satisfied to know that hardly anything has changed in the house since The Silence of the Lambs was shot there in 1990. Check out some pics of the familiarly creepy exterior and hella chintzy interiors...

The house has five bedrooms, which means plenty of closet space for keeping your carefully tailored suits of human skin. The sellers are also chucking in a super-cool free gift: A book signed by Jodie Foster and director Jonathan Demme which reads:

Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful house for our scary movie.

Imagine all the fun you could have recreating this scene on a dark night...

Would you wanna live in Buffalo Bill's pad? It's the perfect place to have an old friend over for dinner...

Would you love to live in a horror movie location home?
