If you're a fan of [Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.](tag:722469) like myself, then we're all in for a REALLY BIG treat. ABC are now creating a brand new 'somewhat' spinoff series! ABC and Marvel however are adding their own little twist to this new series. Guess who it's all about?

According to an exclusive report by Variety, the network has handed out a pilot order for a Marvel drama that will focus around one of Marvel's "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." characters, Mockingbird. The series will be titled "Marvel's Most Wanted" and will follow the journey and adventures of Bobbi Morse aka Mockingbird, played by Adrianne Palicki, and Lance Hunter, played by Nick Blood.

Mockingbird is a former SHIELD agent whose missions had in fact made her an ally of a jungle lord/leader, named Ka-Zar. She was also supposedly the ex-wife of known Avenger, Hawkeye. Mockingbird is one of the agents who helped find the second Avengers team.

She subsequently used the costumed identity of the Huntress and later Mockingbird to expose the corrupt activities of certain S.H.I.E.L.D agents.

Is it REALLY going to happen?

Last pilot season, many of these rumors were already going around, but this time, but it seemed that the idea was soon after brushed off, with the ABC network deciding not going to go through with it. But now? NOW, it actually seems to be true!

It was initially conceived as an "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." offshoot, which was reported in April.

But, according to The Hollywood Report, this new show isn't 'per se', exactly a spinoff TV show, but it's in-fact a whole new project altogether which is primarily focused on 2 characters. How cool is that?!

ABC network President Paul Lee, has however hinted that:

It certainly is a possibility of spinning them off.

As of right now, ABC Have not made any choice as to when this show will air.

S.H.I.E.L.D." producers Jeffrey Bell and Paul Zbyszewski are the co-creators of the project for Marvel and ABC Studios. They are also co-writing the pilot. They are also the executive producers along with Marvel's head of television Jeph Loeb.

Agents of Shield returns for season 3, and Agent Carter is returning for season 2!

Get ready for another Marvel series on it's way, folks.

Are YOU looking forward to this spinoff?
