Even though the franchise was released in 1996 (the year I was also born in), I first dug deep into it when I was 9. When I heard about them turning the games into a possible live-action film, I made a decision to fancast for it, so here's who I think should be cast.

Siegfried Schtauffen/Nightmare: Henry Cavill

Henry's role as Superman/Clark Kent and appearance in The Tudors are realist he's ever done. He has the look and attitude for Siegfried, but since Nightmare is his evil alter-ego, I have to say that Mr. Cavill will pull it off just fine.

Heshiro Mitsurugi: Hiroyuki Sanada

Hiroyuki Sanada is one of Japan's finest Hollywood actors. He has the look and attitude for Mitsurugi, and his stunt moves will help take this role to new heights.

Cervantes dé Leon: Jeremy Irons

Jeremy Irons is a bright English actor. His roles in The Borgias, Lolita, and the upcoming Batman v Superman, he proves he's not afraid of potraying dramatic characters and very evil antagonists. He also has the Cervantes look, so I insist he'll make an excellent Cervantes de Leon.

Raphael Sorel: Daniel Craig

Daniel is one of my favorite British actors in the world. Not only he has the Raphael look, but has great fighting skills as James Bond, so him playing a Frenchman won't be much of a problem at all.

Sophitia Alexandra: Ashley Benson

Ashley is the baddest actress around. She has the Sophitia look, attitude and voice, and is also around the same age as her. She played a series of magnificent roles, ranging from a fierce high school cheerleader in Bring It On: In It to Win It to brave popular girl Hanna Marin in Pretty Little Liars, so she will make an okay Sophitia Alexandra.

Cassandra Alexandra: AnnaSophia Robb

AnnaSophia is known for her roles in Bridge to Terabithia, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and Race to Witch Mountain. She has the Cassandra look and attitude, and has great fighting skills.

Talim: Charice

I was having trouble looking for a young Filipino girl for Talim, until pop star, Charice, came around. Charice also has a little Talim look, all she needs to do is to train in Eskirma, and she's the Talim I've been looking for.

Tira: Margot Robbie

Margot is an actress from Australia, and knows for playing in the hit soap opera, Neighbours and The Wolf of Wall Street. She has the Tira look, and with her high-pitched voice and brilliant fighting moves as Harley Quinn in the upcoming Suicide Squad film, switching from Harley to Tira should be very easy.

Isabella "Ivy" Valentine: Rosamund Pike

Rosamund is an actress so pretty and sultry. She has the Ivy look, body and attitude, and would be pulling it off just fine.

Setsuka: Chiaki Kuriyama

Chiaki is a Japanese actress who is somehow Eurasian. She has the Setsuka attitude and appearance, and excellent kung-fu moves in Battle Royale and Kill Bill films, so she happens to be the right actress for the role.

Chai Xianghua: Jessica Henwick

Jessica Henwick is an emerging actress representing the UK. She is also the first East Asian actor to star as a lead in a British tv show. She is of Eurasian descent (Her mother is Chinese and her father is English), and is around the same age as Xianghua.

Hildegard "Hilde" von Krone: Emilia Clarke

Emilia is another emerging actress representing the UK. She has the Hildegard look, and her roles as Daenerys Taragyen in HBO 's Game of Thrones and as Sarah Connor in Terminator: Genisys shows that she's a also a brave warrior/fighter when it comes to a series of ugly catastrophes and apocalypse.

Amy Sorel: Chloe Grace Moretz or Bella Thorne

Both Chloe and Bella are very good actresses and have an equal taste of fashion. They both have the look, attitude and voices for for Amy, but also for separate reasons: Chloe for her butt-kicking moves and Bella for her flawless red hair and . However, the both have an amazing dark and dramatic side, so why not see one of them as Amy?

Taki: Lucy Liu

Lucy Liu not only has the look and attitude for Taki, but has very nice Kung-Fu moves, evident in Shanghai Noon, Charlie's Angels, Kill Bill, and The Man the Iron Fists, to name a few.

Maxi: Jon Foo

Jon Foo, a practitioner of Wushu, has the look for not just Jin Kazama, but also Maxi, so this role is 100,000% open for him in the world of Namco Bandai Games.

Kilik: Nicholas Tse

Nicholas not only has a little Kilik look, but has a string of nice Kung-Fu and Action moves seen in Hong Kong films, such as Gen-X Cops, so he has to get on it as Kilik.

Seong Mina: Jamie Chung

Jamie is a reality star-turned-actress of Korean heritage. She has the Seong Mina look and has learned some martial arts, ranging from Kickboxing to Taekwondo to Tai Chi.

Yoshimitsu: Jet Li

Zasalamel: Ving Rhames

My original choice for Zasalamel was Michael Clarke Duncan, but when he died in 2012, I decided that I'll replace him with Ving Rhames. He has look, body and attitude for him, and needs to shave his beard for the role.

Yungsung: Justin Chon

Justin has appeared in Nickelodeon's Just Jordan and as Eric Yorkie in the Twilight Saga. He has the Yunsung look, attitude and cockiness, and needs to know a lot about martial arts.

Viola: Evanna Lynch

Evanna is a beautiful actress from Ireland who has starred as Luna Lovegood in the Harry Potter films. She has the Viola look and voice, so she'll pull it off with much great ease.

Astaroth: Michael McConnohie (voice)

Michael is Astaroth. He cannot be replaced, so the character would most likely be in a CGI-animation format.

Algol: Jason Statham

Jason is a British action star. He has a little Algol look, and nice Kung Fu moves I couldn't even think of.
