You may be aware that King Kong will be returning to the big screen in 2017. Kong: Skull Island is going to be an origin story for the iconic ape, taking place on the terrifying island featured in the 2005 film.

You may also be aware that Universal Orlando's Islands of Adventure theme park is hard at work building a Skull Island themed attraction. There has been a lot of talk about the new attraction, since theme park attendees have been upset over the removal of the original King Kong-related ride, 'Kongfrontation,' 13 years ago in 2002.

Work on the new attraction has affectionately been referred to as "Kongstruction," and the looks we've seen of the build site has been nothing short of breathtaking. The massive structure, that will soon be an incredible new attraction for all thrill seekers to experience, is drawing tons of attention.

I don't know about you, but this looks pretty awesome to me! While it may not come across in the pictures, they are building something truly massive and very impressive. I am definitely looking forward to the opening of this new attraction. Who doesn't want to adventure into Kong's world for a bit? It's the ultimate fan experience.
