Before internet and digital gadgets took over indoor entertainment, kids found their solace in a whole parade of TV shows, amongst other things. As each show began, the familiar tune would work it's way out of the TV and towards our attentive ears. These theme songs were a signal to us of the awesome show that was to follow. While we loved the excitement of our favorite shows starting, we probably drove our parents crazy all at the same time with the repetitive ringing from the TV.

It's time to go back down memory lane, returning to the path of the '80s and '90s, and revisit some of the theme tunes that accompanied these years. Let me know in the comments if you found yourself singing along on your way to the bottom of the article.
