If you're looking to return to where Capcom's legendary Resident Evil franchise all began, but don't want to suffer through the original games's undeniably dated graphics, then feast your eyes on the newly announced Resident Evil Origins Collection.

The throwback package will include last year's remastered version of the original game, as well as 2002's Resident Evil 0, boasting a wealth of new features including additional camera options, a choice between the new 16:9 widescreen ratio or the retro 4:3 one, as well as dramatically improved graphics and audio.

Both die-hard fans and newcomers alike can dive in and start slaying the undead hordes, experiencing the origins of the series' story from a new, modern perspective.

The Resident Evil Origins Collection will release on PC, PS4 and Xbox One on January 19, 2016.
