Good news for all the Daredevil fans out there! Another character from the Marvel comic book is officially set to appear as a regular in the upcoming season of the Netflix show.

According to a report by Deadline, Stephen Rider (The Host, Lee Daniels' The Butler) will play New York City District Attorney, Blake Tower, in season two of Daredevil.

Blake Tower's character is familiar with working with the super-inclined having worked with Captain America and Misty Knight. As far as I can tell, his character doesn't have a ton of backstory, so it might be a great time for Marvel to start fleshing out his character. That way, if they choose to include him elsewhere in the MCU we'll already be familiar with Blake Tower!

Filming for season two began in the beginning of July. While there's still no official release date for eager fans to look forward to, we can hope to see it sometime in the spring of 2016.
