For many of you, it's called soccer for others, it's football. Whatever you call it, it's a sport of passion, skill and love of the game. Many would say, this is a boring sport and I could understand why, sometimes the game does get a little draggy, but when it's fast paced and full of beauty, there's no denying there is no better place to watch this then at a stadium with thousands of fans cheering your name.
Of course, many ask what teams are involved and what matters. And the thing that matters to me is the Barclays Premier League(BPL) And the Union of European Football Associations(UEFA) Champions League
And my favorite team of the BPL well it has to be none other than Manchester United Football Club(MUFC)
How does FIFA work you ask? Well it takes an assortment of players regardless of league, club or nationality and try to work out their statistics based on their previous season. For example the newest FIFA 16 will be based on the season 2014-15.
I love football, I mean I love the commentary and I love the way the players are exhibited and showed how they would be portrayed and allow the gamers to go into that world and pretend to be one of the teammates of their favorite team.
As you can shoot goals, cross balls, and dribble, choosing any one particular chemistry signature. Being a dribbler means you would be more of an attacking midfielder or a defender. Crossing would be more of a central midfield role. And shooting, is obviously the role for an attacker whenever you get the chance. Whether it be from assists, penalties or free kicks, it still counts.
A penalty is given when a defensive player tackles the attacking player in the box this is known as a foul in the penalty box and the referee can choose how to punish a player. He can either warn the defensive player, caution him with a yellow card, or send him straight to the dressing room with a red, depending on the severity of the tackle
A free kick is given when a defensive player tackles the attacking player just outside the box or anywhere else in the game. The referee can apply the same punishment rules here.
As such, the players get to pick any one of the games features they want. They could choose their gameplay whether it be a season or an ultimate team where they could make their own team. Or even they could make their own player. What FIFA strives to achieve is how accurate they can make the game to the real one on television.
This is what football/soccer lovers want and crave for, it's Electronic Arts(EA) that capitalizes on this ever-growing fame and popularity that they are able to create a series as big as this, even inspired itself to create Madden, the American counter part of the FIFA series. Of course EA has done other things like the Sims and other such good series, but for now, with the PlayStation and the Xbox as it's platform, EA can thank them and finds it amazing for people to able to be in this virtual reality that just seems so real.
With the ever-growing video game industry and with the help of these two behemoths that control it, it's unlikely that the FIFA series is a fading fad.
