With the hotly anticipated release of Star Wars Episode 7: The Force Awakens not till December 18th and the trailers and teasers been watched to death what now just sit and wait???

No... Because LEGO have released many of the sets for the forthcoming film already for your building pleasure and they are awesome! With various price tags there is a set for all levels of collectors and fans alike

My top 3 are...

Millenium Falcon - with 1329 pieces, this iconic starship includes a detachable cockpit that fits 2 figures, detailed interior, fireable duel spring loaded shooters and of course the most important feature of them all 6 Minifigures including a grey haired Han Solo, Chewbacca, Rey, Finn, Tasu Leech and a Kanjiklub Gang Member, plus a BB8- Astromech Droid. Measuring 5"(14cm) high 18"(47cm) long and 12"(32cm) wide, this is not designed to sit on a shelf instead to fly around your room whilst attacking what ever human/pet/stormtrooper gets in your way.

Rey's Speeder - a much smaller set with only 193 pieces. This is a beautifuly designed landspeeder and a future classic for the Star Wars vehicle collection. It's clever design features rotatable engine to open a storage hatch and side mounted accessories and stud shooters. It includes the Rey Minifigure and Unkar's Thug with a crowbar Measuring 3" (9cm) high, 5" (14cm) long and 1" wide (5cm) this little set is a lot of bang for your buck.

And finally the First Order Transporter - With 792 pieces a good build to get your teeth into, this vehicle includes duel spring loaded shooters a top mounted stud shooter and a hold that can contain 4 Minifigures. It also includes a removable top section and hidden transparent wheels which give the vehicle the appearance of hovering. The most important feature of all of course is that it comes with newly designed Stormtroopers!!!!! Other Minifigures include 2 Resistance Soliders, 2 First Order Flametroopers and Captain Phasma making it one of the best sets for an all out trooper/resistance war measuring 5"(15cm) high, 12" (32cm) long and 5"(13cm) wide you can transport yourself into the Star Wars Universe.

Other cool sets available are Poe's X-Wing fighter, First Order Special forces TIE fighter and First Order Snowspeeder. With many others to be released, the future of the Lego and Star Wars Alliance looks like a force to reckoned with.
