The MCU is awesome. We have had 12 awesome films, whether you want to hate on them or not, they are all at least good. They have not had a bomb yet, which is great and I personally don't think we will see in any, at least in Phase 3. We are going to have The Avengers: Infinity War, it's almost like the finale to all things. Thanos is the biggest, baddest foe in the Marvel universe and we're seeing him. This really does seem like a final chapter or in this case, comic book.

Avengers: Infinity Wars is a Perfect End to a Trilogy

The Avengers will now be a complete team full of heroes. Thanos is the biggest foe that they could ever face. He is the strongest villain ever. There is a new comic series (one of the only new Marvel series I actually like), it's called Deadpool vs. Thanos. In the first issue, you see Thanos literally punching Deadpool into a puddle! Two words internet: BAD-ASS! Also, even though Marvel says they are not appearing, the Guardians of the Galaxy will be in Infinity Wars! We already know that in the sequel, they will be fighting Thanos, they said it in Guardians of the Galaxy! At the end of the movie, they will probably see the Avengers.

For the TV heroes, it's a whole different landscape now. I'm not sure but the Avengers are going to need help. I doubt we will see anyone from S.H.I.E.L.D., even Fury in space; the Defenders are a different story. Maybe they could be defending Earth while the Avengers are gone and when Thanos comes to Earth, they help the Avengers.

The galaxy will be damaged but the main threat will be defeating. There will be peace on space, will the Guardians move to Earth, especially Peter Quill?! This will also wipe out the Avengers, they will want to retire, badly. Is this the end? The question that is really popping into my mind and something that us Marvel fans don't think of:

Do we even WANT a Phase 4?!

Yes, I have said. Just let that thought sink in and maybe it won't haunt your dreams. In my opinion, I really could see this go both ways, good or bad. I love these freaking movies, why would I want them to stop or reboot? Well, post- Infinity Wars, there will be no threats, at least no biggies. If they can defeat Thanos, what CAN'T they do. Contracts will be ending and then we will get like The New Avengers and other identities to the hero, which in most cases I don't like, just make new characters! This IS Marvel, so, there are some really good ways Phase 4 and on could go.

What we hope and could get from Phase 4?

In the MCU post- Ant-Man, the main Avengers are Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, and Hulk. In Phase 4, it could be Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, Black Panther, and Ant-Man. Also, by 2020, when Phase 4 will begin, there is a good chance that the rights to Fantastic Four go back to Marvel.

If the rights go back, this could greatly help Phase 4 and 5. This could become a main superhero team and could work well with others. Also, there are very good opportunities to bring in the villains we haven't seen yet or enough of. There is really not a lot to speculate on because we know so very little but all I know I do want Phase 4. The MCU are some of my favorite movies and if done correctly with the effort and skill, the MCU could go for generations. There is this one little hint from Marvel that we WILL see a Phase 4.

The Phase 3 Movie Slate

This is a great movie slate in general and it tells us more than you think. We have Avengers: Infinity War Part II on May 3rd, 2019. That is the day we will all be crapping our pants. By then we will know that Phase 4 is coming, because look above at the picture and see what's coming out two months later: Inhumans. It's a fresh start. They moved Inhumans after Infinity War Part II right under our noses. There would be no way that they make Inhumans the last movie of the MCU. This franchise makes too much money to stop, and they won't until it starts to bomb. We also know that there is three Spider-Man movies, there's no way this franchise or cinematic universe is going anywhere.

Will we see a Phase 4 and do you guys want to see one?

What did YOU guys think? Tell me below! What do you guys think we'll get from Phase 4?
