Sadly, it's common knowledge that women in Hollywood have more of an expiration date than men.

It is also incredibly noticeable that Hollywood tends to pair a male actor with a much younger actress, as if casting a woman closer to the male's age is something so unrealistic and strange.

Below is a list of costars with staggering age differences.

Anyone else noticing a trend here?

There is no reason why these actors can't be paired with actresses their own age, who are just as beautiful, talented, and known as their younger counterparts.

Unless the script calls for it, or there is a real reason, I think it's only fair to give 35-year-old actresses parts such as these characters instead of labeling actresses as "mothers" as soon as they turn 30.
