Every movie lover (or most) is familiar with the "6 degrees of separation" game. However, if you happen to not know the concept, here is a step by step process.

  • 1: Name 2 actor(s)/actress(es)
  • 2: Name a movie/TV show actor/actress #1 has been in and a costar
  • 3: Name a movie/TV show the costar has been in and another costar
  • 4: Repeat step 3 until the final name is actor/actress #2

For example, if I wanted to connect Denzel Washington to Tina Fey it could look something like this:

Washington to Fey
Washington to Fey
  • Denzel Washinton was in Out of Time with Eva Mendes.
  • Mendes was in Fast and Furious (4th movie) with Vin Diesel.
  • Diesel was in Guardians of the Galaxy with Chris Pratt.
  • Pratt was in Park and Recreation with Amy Poehler
  • Poehler was in Baby Mama (or SNL) with Tina Fey

This is one of my favorite games when you want a random time killer in the car or if you're around the right group of friends who can make really fast and short connections between actors and actresses. So I thought it would be a great concept to test out Moviepilot's new multiple choice option, with a bit of a twist. Here's out this quiz will work:

I will start you with an actor/actress and give you a hint as to the role they played in another movie/tv show. It is your goal to discover which is the correct answer among the choices given. The correct answer will lead you to the next connection until it comes full circle to the original actor/actress (the first question).

Sound good? Well, let the games begin!

Side note: I understand there is a possibility of scrolling too far/going ahead to give away an answer. So for the sake of the quiz, do you best not to spoil anything for yourself. Also - I realize that this connection can be much shorter, but it wouldn't be all that fun if it ended in 4 questions. Regardless, hope you enjoy!
