As an added bonus, Super Mario creator, Shigeru Miyamoto, has released a video where he takes a minute to answer some of the biggest fan theories surrounding this gaming mega icon. Super Mario Bros. 3 is arguably the greatest Mario game of all time. Over the years, fans have speculated that the entire game is nothing more than a performance that is put on for you, the audience, and that Mario is never really put into any real danger. Add in the clues that the game starts with raised curtains, all the platforms hang from the ceiling like props, and every level ends with you exiting stage right and you've got a really compelling fan theory.
