'And then a hero comes along, with the strength to carry on'

Mariah Carey belted out these immortal words way back in 1993 and since then has achieved a number of remarkable personal bests, such as clocking 18 number one singles in the US (more than any other solo artist) and was ranked second on VH1's list of the "100 Greatest Women in Music." And now the super diva can add dragon slayer and crossbow wielder to her roster of achievements.

The 'Hero' singer has replaced Kate Upton in the latest Game of War: Fire Age commercial and, although I love Ms Upton, this choice was pretty inspired. Watch Mariah Carey taking down a dragon, if you don't believe me:

But, wait...rewind that last bit...

Is that...Mariah Carey...running?

YEP! Amazing.

Oh Mariah, thank you for making my day. Clearly a lot of consideration was taken in this shot. I wonder where her inspiration came from?

A young Bilbo Baggins, perhaps?

Maybe Napoleon Dynamite?

Dick Van Dyke's penguin dance?

Or maybe Laura Dern in the Jurassic World in heels parody?
