The 67th Primetime Emmy Awards premiered this past weekend, and the lively show didn't hold back on the memorable moments and well-dressed guests. Celebrating the greatest achievements on TV this year, the 2015 Emmy's honored Viola Davis, the first black woman to win an Emmy for outstanding lead actress in a drama series and proved that the show is an institution that still has historical hurdles to cross.

While Viola is a relative newcomer to the small screen landscape, last night also featured a few familiar faces, from Matt LeBlanc to Julia Louis-Dreyfus, who have become inseparable from our TV memories. These actors have been to so many Emmy Awards, they're virtual mainstays who we've seen mature before our eyes.

To honor some of these TV vets (as well as some new favorites), check out some of the most red carpet-worthy transformations from television's biggest night!
