Recently, I have read many articles in regards to centenarians. Geneticists are trying to figure what makes them live longer. According to an article from TIME magazine, they've mentioned that genes only account to about 40% in living longer. However, more research is still developing as our technology improves. The decision to research and read about age longevity is because my goal is to live to at least 100 years old. What do I need to do to live long, and live happy? Most of the research accounted that the other 60% is related to habits and traditions within the family that contribute to living longer. That includes problem solving skills to relieve stress, and being content. Of course there are a lot more, but to think of fighting against death everyday is scary. We are all going to die one day, it's a fact! Things change dramatically when you die, especially for your family members. So this research means not to perform YOLO activities, but rather to enjoy every single day with yourself and your loved ones. Do the right things every single day. I know it sounds ridiculous, but your conscious and your soul know how to do the right thing for your overall mental, spiritual, and physical health. Don't ignore it, just do it and you might live longer.
