Blood-thirsty fans will be pleased to hear that filming is already underway for Paul W. S. Anderson's Resident Evil: The Final Chapter, and some infectious new stills have just escaped from the set's quarantine zone.
Milla Jovovich was spotted reprising her role as the zombie killing machine Alice, prepping for a scene with her fellow co-star, Ali Larter. Check it out:
Larter, who plays Claire Redfield, looks relatively unscathed next to a war-weary Alice. Is she taking a back seat for the action this time round?
Production on the sixth (and supposedly final) Resident Evil flick was postponed last year after Jovovich became pregnant, but the hardy heroine is back and she looks better than ever!
Also spotted on set was Eoin Macken (pictured above), Fraser James, William Levy, and Japanese model Rola.
A classic Mexican standoff finds the crew facing each other at gunpoint. Are cracks beginning to form within this precarious alliance?
At the end of a hard day's work, Milla and Rola pose for a late-night selfie:
It looks like the cast are having a blast filming -- let's hope The Final Chapter proves to be a conclusion worth waiting for!
