Proposing to your significant other can very quickly turn into a high-pressure situation. What if they aren't ready yet for marriage? What if you don't make the moment as special as it could possibly be? What do you say? Well, one way you can pretty much guarantee that all of these worries will be eliminated is to get a celebrity to help you out.
Here are eight times that major celebs helped regular folks propose to the people that they love the most. In all eight cases, I think we can agree, the celebrity method was a wise, wise choice.
1. The Old Spice guy helped a man on Twitter propose to his girlfriend
It takes serious guts to get a man this attractive to ask your girlfriend to marry you. It proves he has no body image issues and doesn't mind letting an incredibly fit shirtless body wash spokesperson deliver the message for him. Congrats, you two! This ended up being special - and hilarious to boot.
2. Justin Timberlake threw an alley-oop to a man in Louisville... she said yes!
Justin Timberlake invites you on stage to propose... you're shaking... this is one of the biggest moments of your life, and now it's in front of a ginormous crowd of people. She said yes! Wow, thanks Justin. Obviously, these two will remember this concert for the rest of their lives.
3. Aaron Paul a.k.a. Jesse from Breaking Bad caps off what was already an intricate and amazing proposal
The joke Aaron Paul makes about how awkward it would be if she didn't say yes and then the signature Jesse Pinkman, "Yeah bitch!" at the end of his video message made what was already a great proposal even better. It was truly the icing on the cake.
4. Zach Braff and family friends team-up for this emotional as hell proposal
The music that accompanies this video is sure to evoke some serious feels. In fact, by the end, I felt like I knew this couple super well even though I hadn't heard of them until this 4 minute 47 second video came into my life. Perfection.
5. When you get the entire cast of one of the best sitcoms on television to help you propose
Yep, the proposal behind Robin and Ted's date was actually totally real. The writers wrote it into the show and made their engagement a moment that would literally last forever... on television.
6. Dude got Beyoncé to help him propose
Game. Set. Match. If you get Beyoncé to help you propose, your marriage is not only destined for success, but you also could get away with the ring being plastic. Like, at that point, it doesn't even matter. He also had some cute words, too.
"You said if I like it, I should put a ring on it. Well, I love it."
What a catch.
7. A gay couple got engaged with Mariah Carey's blessing
It's a true toss-up between Beyoncé and Mariah Carey on this list for me. I absolutely am not sure which one is a more reliable assister to a proposal. All I know is that in both cases, the person you're asking to marry you is left with pretty much no choice but to say, "YASSS."
