If You haven't seen [Captain America: The Winter Soldier](tag:254973), stop now as spoilers will follow.

This is one of Marvels best films so far. The political intrigue introduced in this film, regarding fascist elements of the U.S. government, however may not be too far off the mark. There seems to be an group like Hydra operating today, and in the words of Arnim Zola "Feeding crisis, reaping war". John F. Kennedy, and Dwight D. Eisenhower both tried to warn us of the runaway train, called the Military Industrial Complex, who create the bombs, and tanks, and guns, and weapons of war. Apparently the black budget in the U.S. surpasses all others.

Only certain people in the Government have access to information, however the freedom of information act has given us more than ever,

Operation Paperclip, brought German scientists (and others) to America and expunged their records after World War II, a plot point of the Winter Soldier, which happens to be reality. Wernher Von Braun was one of those scientists, who designed the V2 rocket.

So how hard would it be to assume that these secretive elements of government are still at work today?

Many believe that the former Bush administrations, both support War, with their Skull and Bonesmen compatriots, and they are key players in the Military Industrial complex. Interestingly enough is the fact that the new villain produced from this film is "Crossbones", a Hydra thug, working in the shadows.

This seems a little conspiratorial, but one question, is marvel packaging truths to sell as fiction?
