First of all, let me begin by saying thank you to all the people who read, shared and commented on my previous article 'Ben Affleck's Batman Solo Film : Things we need to see!'. If you haven't read it yet, you can check it out here.

We already know that Ezra Miller, star of films such as The Perks of Being a Wallflower and We Need to Talk About Kevin is going to be playing the Scarlet Speedster for the DCCU's slate of films. Obviously there is some resentment that DC are not going to merge the TV and film universes together, but hopefully that's for the best. There is a lot of pressure on Miller to bring something different to the table considering how well received Grant Gustin's interpretation (the flash TV show) was. But we're not here to worry about that, are we?

Ezra Miller has recently confirmed that he will be making a cameo appearance in Batman vs Superman. In London, a fan met Miller and was able to ask him a few questions about his role as The Flash. There, Miller stated the following:

1) Barry Allen's hair will be kept long for 'BvS'

2) His suit will have a post apocalyptic look to it

3) His body will be ripped, rather than bulky

I want to draw your attention to the second point. Post apocalyptic, hmmm...

We know that The Flash has the power to time travel. What if in this version, Barry Allen travels back in time to warn Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman of some incoming danger (Darkseid, perhaps)? What if he is responsible for the formation of the Justice League? That would probably be a cameo and a post credit scene rolled in one. Maybe his suit is post apocalyptic because in the future, some sort of world ending event happened that made The Flash travel back in time in order to change the future. It's a compelling theory that is entirely plausible.
