The month of October is finally upon us, and along with leaves changing colors, pumpkin spice lattes, and the jokes about pumpkin spice lattes also comes the far more exciting task of picking out your Halloween costume!

Whether you choose to be a spooky specter or a topical point of humor, choosing which outfit to don for the holiday is taken pretty seriously by the people here at Moviepilot.

Recently, Popsugar partnered with Column Five Media to create this handy infographic telling us the most popular Halloween costumes over the last 22 years.
