Now that Phase 2 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is over and Phase 3 is almost here with [Captain America: Civil War](tag:994409), I thought it would be appropriate to now rank every piece of film or television that exists in the MCU. So let's get Started!

16: Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 1

Agents of S.H.E.I.L.D
Agents of S.H.E.I.L.D

Agents of S.H.E.I.L.D. season 1 is not good. In fact, it's bad! I couldn't stand the first season and the overly constant references to the Avengers really took me out! It felt like they were hitting you on the head with references over and over again!

15: Thor

Thor
Thor

When I saw Thor, I was very disappointed. When I think of Thor, I think of fantasy, but what we got was just Thor stuck in a New Mexico town for like half of the movie!

14: Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 2

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 2
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 2

Now season 2 of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. did improve on the last, but was still pretty boring and ultimately turned me off and I didn't even finish the season.

*UPDATE*

Because of the complains, I finished watching season 2 on Netflix and I gotta say, it did get better, but I still wouldn't move it up the list. But I gotta admit, the Inhumans stuff was pretty sweet!

13: Iron Man 2

Iron Man 2
Iron Man 2

Sort of like Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 1, this movie had a lot of unnecessary Avengers references and really just felt like a movie to set up the Avengers rather than an Iron Man movie. But it still had some great action and gave us Don Cheadle as War Machine.

12: The Incredible Hulk

The Incredible Hulk
The Incredible Hulk

The Incredible Hulk does has some great action, but that's about it, there's really nothing that memorable about this one, though it's really cool that they're bringing back William Hurt for Civil War!

11: Agent Carter

Agent Carter
Agent Carter

I really like the character of Peggy Carter, but I believe that the whole 40's thing only worked in Captain America: The First Avenger, so in my opinion the series got kind of repetitive so I stopped watching after the first 3 or 4 episodes.

*UPDATE*

Like Season 2 of Agents of S.H.E.I.L.D., I finally got around to watching all of season 1 of Agent Carter. And like Season 2 of S.H.E.I.L.D., I wouldn't move it anywhere on the list because the last few episodes were alright, I didn't really like when they kept hitting you over the head with Captain America references, it got annoying.

10: Thor: The Dark World

Thor: The Dark World
Thor: The Dark World

Now Thor did majorly improve upon the first Thor because they included a lot of the nine realms and the Dark Elves which was really cool! I think the only reason that it brought it down a bit was including the earth characters from the first one like Darcy, she's so annoying.

9: Iron Man 3

Iron Man 3
Iron Man 3

Now the thing that I loved the most about this film was that it really addressed the Avengers, but not bad like Iron Man 2. I really loved that they gave Stark those panic attacks. I also loved all the awesome suits that he made for this movie. I think the only reason it's so low is because of the twist, just imagine how cool this movie would have been without it!

8: Captain America: The First Avenger

Captain America: The First Avenger
Captain America: The First Avenger

Now starting here is the movies that I really like. Captain America: The First Avenger really nailed the 40's theme without making it look cheesy like Agent Carter. This movie also spawned one of the greatest villains in the MCU with the Red Skull!

7: Iron Man

Iron Man
Iron Man

Iron Man was the perfect kickoff the to MCU by setting the tone with great action and a good comedic tone, all thanks to RDJ.

6: The Avengers

The Avengers
The Avengers

Now this film was an event when it first came out, I remember going to the theater with my friends and the entire audience was going wild. It probably was one of the greatest movie experiences I've ever had!

5: Daredevil Season 1

Daredevil
Daredevil

Now I didn't have too high of hopes about this one but when I watched the series I was blown away. The shift in tone between this and all the other properties Marvel has put out.

4: Captain America: The Winter Soldier

Captain America: The Winter Soldier
Captain America: The Winter Soldier

Like Daredevil, the tone shift with Winter Soldier was spectacular. This movie felt more like an Oscar contender than a big budget blockbuster. The interactions between Cap and Falcon are incredible, and the Winter Soldier was such an amazing character.

3: Avengers: Age of Ultron

Avengers: Age of Ultron
Avengers: Age of Ultron

Avengers Age of Ultron is the perfect sequel. It takes what was great about the first one and makes it even better, the dialogue, the jokes, the action, etc. Ultron is probably my favorite movie villain of all time besides Darth Vader. The Introduction of Vision was great and he's one of my favorite Marvel heroes. I think Age of Ultron is way too overrated because of the first one, and if people saw this one by itself, it would get just as much praise.

2: Guardians of the Galaxy

Guardians of the Galaxy
Guardians of the Galaxy

Now Guardians of the Galaxy is something the movies were really missing since Star Wars, a really good space opera! This movie has perfect comedic elements and spectacular action and some of the most likable characters in the MCU! This movie was such a surprise that everyone and it deserved every dollar it made!

1: Ant-Man

Ant-Man
Ant-Man

Now I bet this was no surprise if you have looked at my profile, but I've been waiting for this movie for such a long time and with all the drama behind the scenes of this movie, a little hope was gone from me, but when I saw this movie, I was not disappointed!! Ant-Man is not only my favorite MCU movie, but my favorite movie of all time!

So how would you guys rank the MCU? Leave your lists in the comments!
