Ever since Stone Cold wrestled his last match in 2003 at WrestleMania XIX, rumors have always come up around this time of year of Stone Cold Steve Austin getting back in the ring for just one last match. And every year, Austin himself shoots down those rumors.

Paul Heyman was the last guest on the Stone Cold podcast, and at the very end of the show, to everyone's surprise, challenged Austin to a match at WM32 with Brock Lesnar. It was then that we saw Austin almost immediately jump into character and basically book himself into a Texas Death Match with Brock Lesnar. It was then reported by Dave Meltzer that Vince McMahon was furious, knowing the match would never happen. It was then that once again, Austin shut down those rumors.

However, certain events have suspiciously been pointing to the match happening after all.

For one thing, it has been rumored ever since Battleground, that the third and final battle between Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker would take place at WrestleMania 32, as the co-main event with The Rock vs. Triple H. WWE has since released a statement that now that match will take place at Octobers "Hell in a Cell", on the WWE Network.

This leaves Brock Lesnar without an opponent for WrestleMania.

The four rumored opponents for Brock at WM32 have been The Rock, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns and Stons Cold Steve Austin. Since the match between Brock and Seth at Battleground was honestly quite boring, I doubt this match will take place at WM. With The Rock facing Triple H supposedly, we are left with Reigns and Austin.

Reigns and Brock have unfinished business since their classic match at WM last year was interrupted by Seth Rollins. I would love to see that match happen once again, they could possibly even revisit the triple threat match idea and have Brock not take the pin, and put Reigns over, since it's expected he will become WWE World Heavyweight Champion at WM32.

However, upon the announcement of Brock Lesnars Go to Hell tour, it was also announced that Lesnar will be the next guest on the Stone Cold podcast, immediately following RAW on October 19th.

With that being said, they will have the opportunity to immediately shut down the rumors of this match.

What if an angle is shot? What if they make this match official, despite both Austin and Paul Heyman denying this match taking place on several occasions?

October 19th will be the deciding factor as to what happens at WrestleMania 32. The answer to this match will determine whether this truly is the greatest WrestleMania of all time, or another WrestleMania where WWE has to lie about the attendance records. They can fill the AT&T Stadium to capacity of 105,000. They will need a marquee attraction to do it. With Ronda Rousey reportedly missing the show, WWE needs this match to happen.

Be sure to watch the podcast on WWE network on October 19th, the biggest WrestleMania of all time depends on it.
