It is made from a dollar tree foam poster board. With this setup I can make two per board. I used the full length of the board and each cut is around 2 1/2 inches apart. You can see where the Pops layout on them to get a better feel for the size. I recommend you cut these to lengths you prefer.

By not cutting all the way through you keep the board together. I used pins to hold it together during testing. Elmers glue will be used to finalize.

Gussets

I added Gussets through-out the bottom to create the support needed. Add as many as needed.

One could probably go a bit higher for each level for more visibility, but I am fine with this turnout.

It gives me much more room to work with in organizing my collection.
