Sorry Teen Wolf fans — you'll have to find something else to occupy your Monday nights in January, when the MTV series returns. As the brand-new trailer for Season 5B revealed during its world premiere at New York Comic-Con, the midseason premiere will air Tuesday, January 5 at 9 p.m., marking a shift not only in night, but in time.

When asked whether the hour-earlier time slot meant a decrease in the amount of violent and sexy scenes, Tyler Posey a.k.a. Scott McCall assured the crowd (to great applause) that things will be as violent and sexy as ever on Teen Wolf.

After watching the trailer for 5B, it's easy to believe him. In addition to Kira (Arden Cho) coming back, which definitely means sexy Skira times are ahead, upcoming episodes will mark the return of badasses Chris Argent (JR Bourne) and Deucalion (Gideon Emery), who seems to have something in his eye. It turns out another Argent will return as well, and our money's on Kate (Jill Wagner). It's safe to say that wherever those three go, danger and violence follows.

Even Stiles (Dylan O'Brien) will get in on the action — at one point in the trailer he marches up to Scott, pushes him into a wall, and throws him to the floor, presumably angry about the attack on his father, the Sheriff (Linden Ashby). I for one can't wait to see Stiles and Scott come to blows, if only because it'll help them get past the issues their friendship has been going through.

While the show will remain intended for mature(ish) audiences, we can still expect some "lighter notes," according to showrunner Jeff Davis, who assured fans at NYCC that the series will get its "sense of humor back."
