If you haven't seen the Season Premier of Arrow then be warned that this Article is filled with Spoilers, so don't read it if you like surprises until after you have seen the episode. Everyone else follow me:

So what do you make of the Photo in this article? Could Oliver and Barry be visiting Oliver's mom's grave, or Sarah's, or his best friend Tommy Merlyn's? Any of those are possible, except that this is six months from now, so they may not be dead in the present. To recap the episode, Oliver is wanting to surprise Felicity with a marriage proposal, but is surprised himself when he gets a visit from Thea and Laurel asking for help.

Thus he is drawn back to Star City, renamed in Honor of Ray Palmer. I say he is drawn back since apparently Felicity has been helping team Arrow for some time without his knowledge. Diggle isn't too happy with Oliver's return given the events that transpired between his family and Oliver last season. Thea is acting a lot like Oliver did in the first one or two seasons of the show as well, which doesn't sit well with him.

This Season's Big Bad is Damien Darhk (Neil McDonough) who apparently has mystical powers similar to Ra's Al Ghul in the comics. He is a former member of the League of Assassins and apparently may have not only Laurel's Dad working for him, but may also have had something to do with Diggle's Brother's Death.

Needless to say, a lot of this is unknown to most of the characters on the show at this point and will make for some interesting reveals down the line.

Back to that photo above, it is the last seen in the episode and both Oliver and Barry are there with Barry apologizing for not being there since he was dealing with his Big Bad this Season, Zoom. So, That begs the question of who's grave exactly are they visiting? Does Oliver finally propose to Felicity only to have her die? Does Captain Lance get caught helping the good guys & get killed? Maybe Thea gets to caught up in the moment and gets killed in action? these are all valid and likely scenarios at this point as are the ones mentioned at the top of the article. It is definitely going to be a bumpy ride for the newly minted Green Arrow this season so hold on.
