I can't wait to share some of the movies I saw growing up with my children. There are some unmissable films out there that teach valuable lessons, and I hope my kids will love these movies as much as I did when I was younger. Here are five films that I can't wait to show my children:

Harry Potter

Harry Potter means so much to me. J.K. Rowling is one of my favourite authors and I can't wait to read these books to my children and watch the films with them too. They are wonderful movies that make you feel happy and teach you the importance of love, bravery, kindness, and doing what is good and right. I think they are extremely valuable, and it shows good parenting if you introduce your kid to these!

Toy Story

I think the Toy Story films can really help in making someone's childhood that little extra special and magical; talking toys that come to life is the dream! At least I really loved that idea when I was younger, and would love to show my children the Toy Story films!

The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh

This is one of my favourite Disney films, and is the main reason why I want to share this movie with my kids. I'd also show them Alice in Wonderland - but honestly, I'd have them watch every Disney film. Why? Disney's awesome!

The Santa Clause

Well, you would be mad not to show your child a Christmas film! My favourite was The Santa Clause movies when I was growing up, and in my opinion the first one was the best. One of the most awesome things about Christmas is the magical movies that really get you into the spirit, and I think The Santa Clause is a perfect Christmas movie. And there's no way I'm showing my children Frozen - I don't think I could hack hearing Let It Go being played a thousand times!

The Incredibles

This is one of my favourite Pixar movies, and I picked this one because I think it's really exciting. I'm sure a lot of you agree that you have to show your kids at least one superhero movie!

I want my kids to know that they can be anything they want to be, and that they must always be kind, good and do their best - just like many of the brilliant characters from these wonderful movies. There are many more that belong to this list, but I would have been here all day. It was very hard to only list five movies!

Thanks for reading!
