When The Hangover came out, we couldn't help but regard it as the crank of comedy. Watching the three pals navigate the disaster that was the Las Vegas bachelor party, the movie had us gasping for air and clutching our sides with laughter.
And the following scene was no exception:
In my mind, the bit where the camera happy kid takes revenge into his own hands and tasers Zach Galifianakis (as Alan) right in the face was one of the funniest scenes of the entire film. And it got me thinking -- what ever happened to Nicholas Furu, the boy behind that stern scowl?
Well, I'm sure you'll be unsurprised to hear that he's grown up! Just take a look at the image that I came across on his IMDB page:
He's certainly growing up into a handsome young man. And that's just the tip of the iceberg! Since playing the vengeful, trigger-happy youngster in The Hangover, he has continued to show off his acting chops in other projects too.
For one, you might remember his minor role as Doug from Modern Family:
But these days, you can catch him playing the part of Dale Stubbs in TV series 100 Things to Do Before High School. The next episode airs on October 18 and the show follows the trials and tribulations of three best friends as they navigate middle school.
If you're unfamiliar with it, here's the official trailer for the first season:
