Hello Marvel fans. This is Arider 56107 here with a marvel fan theory. So everyone knows that the Marvel movies mostly all take place in their own universe. So I’m here with my own theory that could hopefully connect all the movies. Side Note: There are mild spoilers ahead, especially about the new Fantastic 4 movie

Point 1. The Theory itself

So way back when, Marvel sold rights to The X-Men and the Fantastic Four to 20th Century Fox and they sold Spider-Man to Sony. Later on, they took what they still had and built their own franchise of movies and TV shows and called it the Marvel Cinematic Universe. But if you can look at it just right, you can see that all the movies can connect.

For example, in X-Men: Days of Future Past, it’s revealed that Magneto tried to save JFK from his assassinator, but ended up killing him. Go back a month earlier to Captain America: The Winter Soldier, when Dr. Zola is revealing that Hydra is within Shield, you can see that the Winter Soldier was the one who ultimately pulled the trigger.

Another example, yet a not so special one, is the fact that if you rearrange the letters in Trask Industries you can get Stark Industries; which means that Tony Stark could’ve helped out with the designs for the Silver Samurai suit, and, while it’s unlikely, even the Sentinels.

Point 2. Disprovers of the theory

Now here are some things that can disprove the theory.

#1 the two Quicksilvers.

This is an issue I had a hard time working around, but here’s what I think went on. In Days of Future Past, It is revealed that Magneto is Peter Maximoff’s, the Quicksilver in this movie, biological father. So they fulfilled that comic justice. In Age of Ultron, Quicksilver and his sister Scarlet Witch aren’t even mutants. They aren’t American either. So here’s what I think happened: Peter Maximoff could be related to family in Sokovia. So what I’m saying is that Pietro and Wanda Maximoff could be RELATED to the Quicksilver in the X-Men franchise.

#2 Reboots

We’ve had reboots of Spider-Man, Hulk, Fantastic Four, and Daredevil; if you count the show as a reboot. It is only then where I’d say that those movies take place in their own universe.

With Spider-man, the reboots are a useful thing, because then we can get a Spider-Man shattered dimensions; which I’d be very excited to see.

Tobey Maguire could provide Spider-man noir and the voice of 2099 maybe, Tom Holland would probably act as Ultimate Spider-Man, and Andrew Garfield could come back as the Amazing Spider-Man

#3 Where is everybody?

Perhaps the biggest problem people will have with this theory is that if it’s supposed to work, then the X-Men and Avengers should’ve been seen while in battle in some points. Well I would explain that as everybody’s off doing their own thing. The Avengers aren’t all in New York as the X-Men are battling Magneto. And so what if they aren’t anywhere in Days of Future Past. They have their own villains, or since the Sentinels are only programmed to track mutants and since Tony probably helped, maybe they can’t find the Avengers. And in the past, Shield was in its early days.

The main purpose of this theory is to maybe be an explanation in case they can eventually make a crossover with X-Men and Avengers.

Agent Carter

Not Exclusively in that order just to understand the theory

Our story starts in 1845, when James Howlett, aka Logan, generates his bone claws and kills his biological father. His half brother Victor Creed persuades him to join him, so that the brothers can protect each other. The brothers then fight through the Civil War, and World War I.

Meanwhile, in 1932, Charles Xavier is born. At the start of World War II, It is seen that Hitler has many allies. One of which is the mass criminal organization HYDRA, led by Johann Schmidt, or the Red Skull. The next is Sebastian Shaw, who takes an interest in Erik Lensherr in 1944. Shaw begins experimenting on Erik, and also kills his mother.

Jump back 2 years before, and Steve Rogers finally gets enlisted in the Army. Dr. Abraham Erskine chooses him for his Super Soldier program. After the success of his serum, he is killed afterwards by a HYDRA imposter, who then commits suicide after being caught by Captain America.

Later in 1943, Charles meets Raven Darkhölme for the first time. Charles and Raven grow up together. Meanwhile James and Victor fight alongside the American army, as Captain America and his Howling Commandos take down HYDRA.

In 1945, Captain America's best friend Bucky Barnes falls from a train while attacking HYDRA. Bucky is presumed dead. Captain America fights the Red Skull, who dies via the Tesseract. Captain America then finds no other way to save the world then to crash the plane in the water.

Around this time, James is captured by Japenese forces. In the bombing of Nagasaki, James saves Ichirō Yashada, who then lets James influence most of his career.

Later in 1949, Erik visits America and sees the Statue of Liberty. He later returns to Europe.

Meanwhile around this time, S.H.I.E.L.D. has been started. Hank Pym was employed and fought remaining HYDRA forces as the Ant Man.

During the time of the Cuban Missile Crisis, Shaw and his group, the Hellfire Club, try to start World War III, so that mankind can evolve. Erik begins his personal vendetta against Shaw, and the events of X-Men: First Class take place. The film ends with Erik, now going by Magneto, and Charles going separate ways. Charles opens his school for gifted youngsters, and Magneto starts his first Brotherhood of Mutants, including Raven, now going by Mistique, and Shaw's associates, Riptide, Azezal, Emma Frost, and Angel.

During this time, Red Skull's lead scientist, Arnim Zola, found Bucky and turned him into a weapon, called the Winter Soldier

Three years later the group was spread apart and Magneto tried to save JFK from a shot fired by the Winter Soldier, and ended up killing him. Magneto is then held in a glass cell in the Pentagon.

During the Veitnam war, In 1971, Victor kills a senior officer, and James defends him. Later, they are sentenced to execution, but their healing factor prevents them from dying, and they're placed in a holding cell.

4 years later, they are visited by Colonel William Stryker, who secretly experiments on mutants. Stryker recruits them for his group called "Project X", consisting of Wade Wilson, Agent Zero, Bradley, Fred Dukes, and John "Wraith".

2 years before, in 1973, James worked for the Mafia, most likely undercover, when not on duty with Project X. Meanwhile, Mistique kills Bolivar Trask, a former associate of Strykers, and the creator of the Sentinel program.

In 1983, James l is disgusted with the murderous nature of his mutant partners, and quits. Then going under the alias Logan.

In 1988, Peter Quill was abducted by Yondu Udonta and his group of Ravagers. He is taken across the galaxy.

In 1989, Hank Pym, scarred by the loss of his wife, Janet, quits being Ant-Man, but soon quits S.H.I.E.L.D. after discovering that Howard Stark tried to replicate the "Pym Particle", which makes the Ant-Man suit work.

Later that year, the main events of X-Men Origins take place. The film ends with Logan losing his memory, and going his own way, and Victor leaving.

Between 1989 and 2000, when X-Men takes place, Victor rejoined Stryker, and underwent more experiments that turned him into more of a beastly creature. The experiments left him with amnesia, and he went by the name Sabretooth, and was later recruited by Magneto.

Throughout the timeline, mutation was tampered and resulted in a new species. What other species are there in the Marvel universe on Earth. The answer is…

Vampires. Mutation evolved into vampires. So throughout this story, Humans, Mutants, and later Vampires were all coexisting.

In 1989, Eric Brooks was born, but, through labor, his mom was attacked by a vampire named Deacon Frost. As a result, Eric was born as a half-breed. He had all of the vampires' strengths and none of their weaknesses. Eric was found at 13 by Abraham Whistler, who became his mentor and father figure. Whistler built weapons for Eric, who eventually went under the alias Blade.

Charles and Erik got together every so often to visit new mutants for Charles's school, including Jean Grey. But eventually Magneto went back to his ways.

In 1998, the events of Blade unfolded. Deacon Frost tried to rise the Blood God to turn everyone into Vampires.

The word of this got around and found its way to Magneto, who thought this idea was perfect for his cause. Magneto began building a machine to turn people into mutants.

In 2000, the events of X-Men unfolded. Magneto tried to use the young mutant Rogue to power his machine and turn the most powerful world leaders into mutants. Logan, also under the alias the Wolverine, was recruited by Charles and the X-Men. Mutation was pushed even further later that year (the events of Blade II) where vampires, who wanted to be equal to Blade, created a vampire sub-species. The first was called Nomak.

The events of X2 take place in 2003. William Stryker builds a replica of Cerebro and tries to make Charles operate it and kill all the mutants. The X-Men are forced to team up with Magneto to stop him. There, Logan finally recovers his past.

After that, the events of Blade Trinity take place in 2004

In 2006, Jean Grey of the X-Men becomes the Phoenix, and is brainwashed by Magneto. Meanwhile, word of Blade's vampire cure must've gotten out. So scientists at Worthington Industries created a serum that cancels out the X gene. (The events of X-Men: The Last Stand.)

That same year Johnny Blaze discovers that he is the new Ghost Rider. (Events of Ghost Rider)

Also, that year, Reed Richards and Ben Grimm begin working on their Portal.

After that, we see Tony Stark, on his journey into becoming Iron Man. These events take place during 2008.

That same year, Dr. Bruce Banner, who had an accident involving Gamma Radiation, which caused a mutation in his cells that triggers a green beast with unlimited strength called the Hulk, is on the run from General Thaddeus Ross, and tries to cure himself of his mutation. (The accident occurred in 2003.)

Then in 2010, Tony is enjoying his time as Iron Man. Nick Fury and Natasha Romanoff try to recruit him for their team (The Avengers)

In 2011, Thor is banished and the events of Thor take place. Later that year, Captain America is defrosted. Also there are the events of Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance

The Avengers movie takes place during 2012. When Thor's brother Loki comes to Earth, Fury creates the second known superpowered team called The Avengers.

1 year later, Aldrich Kilian and Mia Hansen created a serum, which was probably inspired by stories of Wolverine's healing factor, and Nomak's increased regeneration. (Events of Iron Man 3)

That same year, Logan is on the run after the events of X-Men: The Last Stand. A girl named Yukio finds him and tells him that Master Yashida wants to see him one last time, and also transfer Logan's healing factor to his body. (Events of The Wolverine)

The events of Thor: The Dark World take place that fall.

Go ahead a year, to the events of Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Guardians of the Galaxy take place. Also, Skye finds her Inhuman ability and they succeed in destroying the original branch of HYDRA.

That same year, Reed is offered a full scholarship to the Baxter building, where he works on a bigger version of his Portal. Dr. Franklin Storm recruits Victor von Doom, his son Johnny Storm, and his adopted daughter Sue Storm. One night, Reed, Ben, Victor and Johnny go to the alternate universe, later called Planet Zero. There, Victor falls into the radioactive liquid on the surface, and is then presumed dead. Reed, Johnny and Ben scramble back, and bring radioactive waves with them. During the trip, Reed's limbs become strechable, Ben's body is turned to Rock, and Johnny is overlapped with fire. During the scramble, a radioactive blast makes Sue go invisible. Reed blames himself for his friends' conditions and abandons them.

In 2015, Logan is warned by Charles and Erik about the coming threat of the Sentinels.

That same year, The events of Age of Ultron, and Ant-Man take place.

Reed is tracked down by government forces and brought back to the facility to perfect the portal for them. He received mixed reviews from his friends about his return. When a test team goes to Planet Zero, they see Doom, who's environment suit has bonded with his body. He now also has telekinetic ability and control over the elements. Doom goes back to Planet Zero and builds a portal to remake his own envisioning of Earth. The Fantastic 4 come together for the first time.

Meanwhile, the dystopian future from Days of Future Past is coming together from 2015-2023, leaving a very small band of Mutants left. And at the very helm, is HYDRA.

Point #4: Conclusion

In 2023, Wolverine is sent back in time to stop Raven from killing Trask. He ends up succeeding, and that paves the way for the following:

All the X-Men adventures after 1973 are erased

From the events after Wolverine is warned, the original timeline threw everyone on a dark path, so once the timeline was changed, that alternate timeline involved Tony creating Ultron, Scott Lang as the new Ant-Man, the dawn of Daredevil, the formation of Coulson's team way back in 2013, and The main events of Fantastic 4 (Yes, from 2007 ALL the way to 2015. It was possible because of the altered future.) Also it made way for the upcoming adventures:

- Deadpool

- Captain America: Civil War

- X-Men Apocalypse, which takes

place in 1983

- The 3rd Wolverine movie

- Gambit

- Four Spectacular Spider-Man

- X-Factor?

- Doctor Strange

- Guardians of the Galaxy 2

- Black Panther

- The Fantastic 4 sequel

- Thor: Ragnarok

- Captain Marvel

- Inhumans

- The Avengers Infinity War Parts 1 & 2

(Probably not in that order)

So the main keypoint in this whole timeline is the fact that the thing that starts the whole story, is the constant change, of...

So in case you want to watch these in order,

Captain America: The First Avenger

X-Men: First Class

X-Men Origins: Wolverine

Blade II

X2: X-Men United

X-Men The Last Stand

Blade: Trinity

Ghost Rider

Iron Man

The Incredible Hulk

Iron Man 2

Ghost Rider Spirit of Vengeance

The Avengers

Iron Man 3

The Wolverine

Thor: The Dark World

Captain America: The Winter Soldier

Guardians of the Galaxy

X-Men Days of Future Past

The Avengers: Age Of Ultron

Fantastic 4(2015)

This theory will be updated with the releases of the new movies. If you like the theory, then I suggest you check it often.

Side Note:

I bet you're wondering why there's no Punisher on this. That's because most of the reboots that happen get cancelled out of the theory. The Punisher was rebooted twice. The second reboot will result in one of the planned Netflix series.
