There are days where I am eating incredibly healthy, I am exercising on a regular schedule, and I am making gains left and right.

Then there are weeks where I wear workout clothes, sit in my bed eating mac and cheese, and I watch episode after episode of Friends.

My weight fluctuates 5-7 pounds, but instead of worrying about it, I try to love myself whether I am more fit or slightly more squishy.

Below is a list of celebrities who have gone through some incredible body transformations, but in my opinion, the following gentlemen are still handsome no matter how they look. Not to mention, they're all ridiculously talented.

1. Jake Gyllenhaal

In general, Gyllenhaal is a pretty fit guy. But for Southpaw, this talented actor really got into the role; he ate and trained like a real life boxer. And if you couldn't tell from the pictures, whatever he is doing is really working.

2. Vin Diesel

Vin is the perfect mix of sweet, yet badass. Usually he can be found with his insane guns. And I'm not talking about the weapons he uses in his action films. I am talking about those incredible bi-ceps and pecs. More recently he was seen rocking the "Dad Bod" look. But no worries. He is still a stud either way.

3. John Goodman

John Goodman has been open about his struggle with overeating. More recently, Goodman has decided to make a lifestyle change for the better. While he may appear much more slim, the most important factor is that Goodman is doing the right thing for his body and mind. He is such an inspiration.

4. Matthew McConaughey

Matthew McConaughey can really transform into any character. I remember my mouth dropping in awe when I watched Dallas Buyers Club. He had purposely lost weight to truly replicate the look of a person with AIDS. More recently, he was seen out and about attempting to hide the fact that he had shaved his head. He had also put on some weight since looking stick thin, and I have to say he's looking healthy and still very attractive with a bald head.

This only goes to prove to you that our beautifully-designed bodies come in all shapes and sizes. Actors and others alike are still stunning regardless of whether you've packed on a few pounds.

So don't stress; feel free to have an extra slice of pie every once in a while. All humans do it, celebrity or not.
