The post apocalyptic clock is ticking Fallout fans. With just under a month to go before we all get our hands on the game, Bethesda have really ramped up the PR with this beautiful live action trailer.
Set in a sparse and barren land following a nuclear war that has left you, the sole survivor of refuge Vault 111.
Coined 'The Wanderer', this new video takes us through a beautifully tragic transition - We start with a scene that is representative of the idyllic 50's suburbia which then leads us into the true horror and isolation of a post nuclear Earth.
It's a journey of survival and companionship - we see a man and his dog wandering through scorched remains of where he used to live. A world unrecognisable in both landscape and community.
A blank slate, new beginnings are options many of us wish for but seldom see, Fallout 4 grants us that wish but sometimes getting what you wish for is not always for the best. The concept of humanity is all but lost out in the new world, it will be up to us, the players to rebuild.
There are rumours that this video came to us from deep within the majesty of filmmaker Guillermo del Toro's production company. It has been noted that Bethesda have had extended communications with Mirada Studios, but the truth may never be discovered.
Maybe the answer will be hidden within an easter egg somewhere in the game or even the above teaser itself. Better take another look.
Fallout 4 will be even bigger, even more immersive than ever and will have fans all over the globe fighting for their lives once again in this wasteland of human regret. With over 400 hours of gameplay and almost limitless combinations of customization and hideout construction, I foresee that Fallout 4 will outlast any other title releasing in the coming years.
Suit up - Fallout 4 is set for release November 10 on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
