If you had won an highly-prized award such as an Oscar, where would you keep it? On the mantelpiece in your living room? On the kitchen table for all to see? Or, perhaps in a glass cabinet amongst your other incredible achievements?

Perhaps but not if you're Kate Winslet, it appears.

During an interview on Wednesday night with Seth Meyers, the actress admitted the fact that she keeps her award in a very peculiar place. She said:

"Most people I know have made a version of a fantasy acceptance speech whether it’s with a hairspray, a Barbie doll, shampoo bottle. There’s nothing like the real thing… so yeah, Oscar is in the bathroom."

Amazing! The actress won the award in 2008 for her role in The Reader. Relive her performance here:

You won that award fair and square so do what you want with it, Kate! You deserve to even keep it in by the toilet if that's what your heart desires!
