After the staggering commercial and critical success of Warner Bros.' The LEGO Movie, released last year, it's no surprise that today stars are jumping at the chance to be involved in its animated spin-off, LEGO Batman.

According to Variety, Rosario Dawson (Rent, Sin City) is the latest to join the cast of the LEGO Batman as the voice of Batgirl. Animation supervisor for The LEGO Movie, Chris McKay, is at the helm of the film, penned by Seth Grahame-Smith.

Dawson will star alongside other big names in comedy including Will Arnett, reprising his role of Batman, Michael Cera playing Robin, and Zach Galifianakis as the Joker.

As I'm sure we all know, Rosario Dawson is no stranger to working among superheroes. The actress currently stars in Marvel's Daredevil on Netflix, playing Claire Temple.

Even with so much talent working with Will Arnett, I'm sure everyone will still know who is going to be at the forefront of the film.

The Lego Batman Movie will be released on February 10, 2017.
