It's Marvel Marathon Extreme!
We've watched Howard the Duck, Captain America (1990), The Punisher, and unreleased The Fantastic Four... Then we hit Blade, something reasonably decent.
And now X-Men... Bryan Singer's first try at the X-Men franchise. Although not entirely successful, it was the first proof that superhero films could be made more grounded and serious.
Although this film doesn't completely escape it's hokier elements.
