Christopher Lloyd is a very well known and beloved actor, famed for his ability to light up the big screen with his many talents. More commonly known as "Dr. Emmett Brown" or "Doc" by his fans from the "Back to the Future" trilogy, Lloyd said in a recent interview, "I would love to do Doc again, no question."

Back to the Future Vl?!
Back to the Future Vl?!

I for one think it's a wonderful idea considering it's the 30th anniversary of the trilogy. As an added bonus Lloyd goes on to say that he'd sign on immediately if the whole gang ( Robert Zemeckis, Bob Gale, Michael J. Fox, Lea Thompson and Thomas F. Wilson) got back together for one more time-traveling adventure! Lloyd expresses how much he loved playing Doc Brown.

"It's tough to come up with an idea that contains the excitement of the original three, so it would be a real challenge for the writers to come up with an original Back to the Future story that has the same passion and intensity and excitement as the other three. But it could be done, you never know." and just sort of laughs humbly.

Can you believe he's that old?!

I agree entirely with Lloyd, it would be a rather difficult task to come up with another story to add onto the trilogy, but can definitely be done! The only concern I might have is whether or not Lloyd, who turns 77 this month, would be up for the challenge along with costar Michael J. Fox. who suffers from Parkinson's disease. Lloyd seems to think so stating, "I think regardless of the Parkinson's, he'd probably jump on the role and he'd be great," Lloyd says. "I can't see doing another sequel without him. I would certainly want Bob Zemeckis directing it, Bob Gale writing it and the other principals being involved. And, of course, there has got to be a DeLorean. It was such a perfect choice for the film. It looked so speedy and futuristic." Then again, the man's been successfully making films since his first movie in 1975 and 40 years later he's still dominating the big screen. As Doc Brown would say, "If you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything!"

Aside from the 30th anniversary, this a big year for "Back to the Future" with Marty's arrival coming up on October 21, 2015; the release of the Jaws 19 trailer on YouTube, which was epic. "Back to the Future 3" also predicted the Chicago Cubs winning the World Series! Let's go Cubbies! I wish I had a DeLorean of my own to check out whether ot not a 4th sequel is ever made! The anticipation is killer! But let's npt set our time circuits just yet, this is just wishful thinking...For now.
