If you're here, i'm assuming you've checked out my Teen Titan's Trilogy pitch, where I plan out a trilogy for the team in the continuity of the DCEU. Here is a fuller plot summary of the entirety of my first pitched movie....
When Dick Grayson, retired comrade of the Batman, learns of an organization that is responsible for secretly experimenting on children to create weaponized meta-humans, Dick has to reevaluate his stance on teenage superheroes as he is forced to craft a team of them in order to bring down the operation from within. Once inside though, the Teen Titans are shocked to learn the horrifying weight of the situation but it's too late to turn back.

Basic Plot Summary:
Dick Grayson's vigilantly days are behind him as he opens Haley's Traveling Circus in yet another city. With help from his wife, Barbra Gorden, he manages the circus with great success. His relatively normal life is interrupted when an old vigilantly friend, Roy Harper, comes asking for Dick's help. With Roy is Beast Boy, a teenaged meta-human escapee on the run from the H.I.V.E. They say the H.I.V.E is a secret local organization that is quietly kidnapping children and turning them into meta-humans. The two of them insist that Dick is the only one who can help bring them down as the organization has it's hands in the local authorities. Vigilante vets; Dick, Roy, and Barbra cautiously assembles a team of super powered teenagers and enters the H.I.V.E.. The gifted members enter as prisoners while Dick and Roy exploit an inside connection to become H.I.V.E. agents. Once inside, the team discovers they were fed wrong information putting them in greater danger than expected. Come to find out, Roy's associate, a masked agent of the H.I.V.E., manipulated Beast Boy's escape to get Dick, and the others to assist him with his own agenda against the organization. They learn the H.I.V.E. is a more global agency than it is local. It also turns out the entire operation had moved into H.I.V.E.'s main conditioning base where all of the H.I.V.E.'s meta-soldiers to be await the H.I.V.E.'s very first arms convention. As Roy and Dick are being integrated into the H.I.V.E. as contracted guards the teenage team members struggle with the H.I.V.E.'s techno conformity practices. During this, Dick and Roy meet the Queen Bee as well as her number one, DeathStroke. After the Queen thanks the two for bringing the group of meta humans, she rewards them with positions as assistants in Death Stroke's combat training program.
As the film progresses, the team takes steps toward breaking out of H.I.V.E. But as the meta-human arms convention draws nearer, time for the team's planned escape dwindles away. Then, Dick comes to the conclusion that the H.I.V.E. is an internationally sponsored organization. Due to this, he realizes that the team must stay long enough to survey the upcoming arms convention. He realizes that it is their only chance to expose the organizations and countries responsible for such crimes against humanity. In the final act, during the arm's convention, the team's plan to survey the external affiliates of the H.I.V.E. before calling in help goes south when Beast Boy is almost sold off to one of the sponsors. The team is then forced to abort the plan and break many of the meta humans from the control of the H.I.V.E. This sparks a giant brawl between the team and the H.I.V.E. as prospective buyers evacuate the scene. During the fight, Roy and his masked ally abandons the team in order to retrieve StarFire, something that was believed to be a weapon of the H.I.V.E. StarFire is then revealed as a captured alien companion of Roy's and his informant. Meanwhile the team and the rest of the meta humans begin to fall. When it seems the team has lost, Roy, StarFire and the informant return to help the team. Outside army forces then begin to enter the scene while Queen Bee, Deathstroke and other H.I.V.E. agents begin to retreat. Seeing this, StarFire begins to purse them. StarFire is then unexpectedly shot and killed in the crossfire between the incoming military and Death Stroke.
In the after math of the battle, the military is beginning to assist some of the teenage meta-humans. After Roy's informant assess StarFire's death and the surrounding situation, he suddenly becomes very angry. He trains a gun on an unsuspecting solider. He yells at him, and asks the soldier who he is taking is orders from. There is then a stand still between Roy, his friend and the surrounding military forces as Roy's friend trains his gun on one of the sharp shooters. After Dick tries to mediate the tense situation, Roy's friend laughs before he reveals that Dick is not the only one who's been played in this operation. He then begins to speak to the surrounding meta-teens. He suggests to them that they are not safe, and that they should come with him if they don't plan on becoming genii pigs for the rest of their lives. He offers them safety from both the government, and the now pissed off H.I.V.E. Not only this, but he also offers them the chance to take down everyone responsible for their suffering. After a moment, a few of the meta humans take his side. He and the hand full of meta humans then part ways after a show of force from one of the meta humans. As they exit, Roy's masked friend mockingly reveals his identity to Dick.
"I would wish you luck with the hole superhero thing but, well... you and I both know how that ends, don't we Dick?."
"But do me a favor will ya? Try not to get these one's killed."
"Oh come on...Don't tell me you still don't remember me. After all...we used to be like two birds of a feather."
In the end, Investigative reporting from the Daily Planet's Louis Lane has helped shed light on the H.I.V.E.'s operations and bring down many of the implicated powers. The team and many of the meta-teens with nowhere to go are being held at military base in the U.S. All of the team members as well as a few remaining meta humans are nervously waiting in a guarded conference room. Dick and Barbra enter the room accompanied by federal agent Amanda Waller. With Dick, she acknowledges the incredible actions of the team as well as the suffering they have undergone. She then gives them the opportunity to stay together and make something good from their horrible circumstance as an official team working under the government with Dick as their leader. Some opt out but those that stay are overjoyed at the thought of becoming an official super hero team. They call their selves, the Teen Titans.
Post Credit Sequence:
Amanda Waller, is in the middle of a livid video conference an army general concerning the Teen Titans when the broadcast connection starts to go bad. Suddenly, the video of an angry general is replaced by that of a man under a crimson helmet. Waller seems confused before a voice starts coming from the screen.
"Long time no see Waller" says the man in the Red helmet. Waller's look of confusion is replaced by one of irritation. She stand's before saying,
"Jason Todd. Are you out of your mind, this is a highly encrypted connection! How the hell are you even doing this?" She says, noticeably bothered.
"Don't act so surprised, you know where I come from." Says Jason.
"You got a death wish? Or are you missing your time with the Squad?" Asks Waller firmly.
"Heh, always the funny one" Jason jokes.
"What do you wan't" Waller asks.
"Just a moment of your time... That was a dirty trick you pulled back there. I have to admit, I almost didn't think you had it in you." Says Jason, as flashes of past event's fill the monitor. Waller's expression doesn't change.
"Not following." she say's simply.
" No? A top secret super soldier factory goes boom and who's there to pluck from the ashes? No one but you Waller." Jason says ominously.
"I'm not sure what your getting at..." Waller replies with a slight grin.
"But it wasn't quite the monopoly you were expecting was it, Waller? Looks like you're a few heads shy judging by the records you've been keeping on the little super soldiers." He says shifting several H.I.V.E. files of the meta-teens in hand.
Waller's smug expression vanishes.
"Don't worry, you and I both know you've covered your tracks, so for now, your secret's safe with me. But I know what you've done Waller...and i'll be coming for you." Jason says, threateningly.
"Ha! You'd have an easier time getting to Mars. You know who I am Jason, I'm untouchable... Empty threats!" she scoffs.
"I wouldn't be so sure if I where you. It's a crazy world we're living in. These days, no one's untouchable... not even you." The monitor goes black.
