Sometimes weird coincidences leads you to the one of the most interesting and coolest photoshoots. This definitely happened when I contacted a guy with a cool beard and decided to help him with his retouching and photography.

During my stay in UK, Wales I tried to find my way to do get my work seen by the BBC and tried to contact the right people. I tried to send email and call but it is really hard to stand out without meeting the right people in person and show my work personally. I almost gave up my dream to work with the BBC but then something happened that I was not expecting. Positive karma came back to me when I applied my attitude with my life and how I treat other people.

I met this guy online who had a really cool beard and I decided that I would like to take his picture, just for my own portfolio. We met in a coffee house close by and started talking. He was a freelance photographer doing really cool stuff with fitness genre, but definitely could use bit of help with light and retouching. So I decided to help him out by any means I just could. But the funny thing was that the positive Karma came back at that moment cause bit later I figured out what his actual job was. He was a video editor doing most of the BTS stuff with Doctor Who series. The guy returned the favour me helping him and send couple of text messages and soon enough I was meeting the right people at BBC and showing my work. Things got moving.

These weird moments in life got me inside Tardis, a time machine from the hit series Doctor Who and meeting these super talented people behind the series. It was one of these dream come true moments to work with the worlds longest running scifi series and creating something original and meaningful. Turning the eyes on these awesome people behind the series who deserve all the glory making Doctor who super popular TV series.

So here are my take on some of the people working behind the Doctor Who series. They are brand managers, producers, production designers, responsible for audio and costumes etc. They make the series into life and I was so honoured to be small part of this production. I truely enjoy telling stories with my images and I think these images speaks a thousand words how proud these people are of the series and their work.
