Hey again! I'm back with the second installment in my new mini-series "ABC Badasses", where I look at the coolest, most badass (go figure) characters in a given genre for every letter in the alphabet. Check out my other lists here:

Disney Animated Edition

Today I am going to tackle a similar, but more specific subject: Pixar. Pixar is well known for delivering the most creative, emotional stories on a year to year basis While owned by Disney, I believe that these characters deserve a list all on their own. Here they are!

**This list will not include any characters from the upcoming film The Good DInosaur for obvious reasons**

Abominable Snowman (Monster's Inc.)

This fluff ball is scary when he needs to be and kind when he doesn't. He's lived by himself in a snowy cave every since he was banished from Monstropolis, and makes some bomb-ass snow cones (dubious ingredients notwithstanding).

Honorable Mentions: Anger (Inside Out), Anchor (Finding Nemo)

Buzz Lightyear (Toy Story)

He can shoot lasers and fall with style. He can also speak Spanish. He's Buzz-Freakin-Lightyear.

Honorable Mentions: Bloat (Finding Nemo), Bing Bong (Inside Out), Bullseye (Toy Story)

Crush (Finding Nemo)

When Finding Nemo came out, everybody wanted to be this stoner turtles best friend. Like, totally man! Righteous!

Honorable Mentions: Carl Frederickson (Up), Captain B McCrea (WALL-E)

Dash (The Incredibles)

Dash is such a badass! He literally has to purposefully come in second EVERY TIME so that he doesn't hurt other people's feelings. Though I bet he probably would if given the opportunity. This guy is an absolute savage.

Honorable Mentions: Dim (A Bug's Life), Doc Hudson (Cars), Dory (Finding Nemo)

Edna Mode (The Incredibles)

Here we have our second Incredibles character in a row, and our only honorable mention is also an Incredible. However, Edna gets the edge over Elastigirl due to the fact that her power has been speculated to be immortality. She also is responsible for protecting the whole family (and all supers in existence) with her badass suits, something that Elastigirl could never do by herself.

Honorable Mention: Elastigirl (The Incredibles)

Frozone (The Incredibles)

Ugh. I really debated putting Flik from A Bug's Life here, just to avoid having three Incredibles characters in a row, but Samuel L. Jackson shooting ice is just too cool. Plus, he is in the best scene I have ever seen.

Honorable Mentions: Flik (A Bug's Life), Finn McMissle (Cars 2)

Gill (Finding Nemo)

Always searching for a plan to escape the dreaded dentist fish tank, this fearless leader is Nemo's mentor and protector. Plus that scar just screams badass.

Honorable Mentions: Guido (Cars), George Sanderson (Monsters, Inc.)

Hopper (A Bug's Life)

The first villain on our list, Hopper is a ruthless grasshopper who terrorizes the other bugs and is as scary as he is mean.

Honorable Mention: Hamm (Toy Story)

James P. Sullivan (Monsters, Inc.)

He is the record-holding scarer. That is all.

Honorable Mentions: Jack-Jack (The Incredibles), Jacques (Finding Nemo)

King Fergus (Brave)

Scottish + King + Awesome Beard = Badass

Honorable Mention: Kari (The Incredibles), Kevin (Up)

Luigi (Cars)

Luigi loves selling tires and loves racing even more. Even though McQueen isn't a Ferrari, Luigi joins up with Guido to form the best pit stop in the history of racing.

Honorable Mention: Lenny (Toy Story)

Mr. Incredible (The Incredibles)

He beat two freakin' omnidroids. Those same omnidroids had killed all the supers not names Parr or Frozone. That by default makes him among the greatest supers, and therefore biggest badasses, of all time. The fact that he's also a family man is just the icing on the cake.

Honorable Mentions: Mater (Cars), Molt (A Bug's Life), Mr. Potato Head (Toy Story)

Nigel (Finding Nemo)

Seemingly the only pelican that isn't trying to eat Dory and Marlin, Nigel is the communication link between Nemo and the outside world. He's got some pretty sweet flying skills to back up his big heart.

Honorable Mention: Nemo (Finding Nemo)

Omnidroid (The Incredibles)

Yes it's another Incredibles character. Yes, it's a machine and not even technically a character. But it is so powerful that the only thing that can damage it is itself. Oh, and the only other 'O' character was Otis from Cars 2. Ya, I don't know who that is either.

Honorable Mentions: None

Princess Dot (A Bug's Life)

Dot is adorable and is also one of only two Disney princesses to be a bug. The other is he sister, who isn't as cute. She wins.

Honorable Mentions: Princess Atta (A Bug's Life)

McQueen, Lightning (Cars)

There aren't any Pixar characters who have names that begin with Q's, so McQueen will fill in this spot. While he is a cocky prick at the beginning of the movie, he turns into a better person (car?) and ends up sacrificing his life's goal for his friends. He's super ballsy, too. Gas and go?

Honorable Mentions: None

Russell (Up)

There were plenty of options for 'R', but this Junior Explorer takes the cake. He not only saves the world but also brings joy and meaning back into Carl's life. Just look at those chubby cheeks!

Honorable Mentions: Randall (Monsters, Inc.), Ramone (Cars), Rex (Toy Story)

Squirt (Finding Nemo)

Like father, like son.

Honorable Mentions: Sheriff (Cars), Slinky (Toy Story), Syndrome (The Incredibles)

Twitch (Toy Story 3)

Suprisingly, there aren't that many 'T' names in Pixar lore. Twitch, while a minor character in the Toy Story saga, just looks awesome. I wouldn't mess with this insectaloid warrior.

Honorable Mentions: Terri Perry (Monsters U)

Uku (Lava)

Here we have our first (and only) character from a Pixar short. The main character in Lava, this happy volcano is searching for love and literally dies for it. He comes back and it's a happy ending, because it's Pixar.

Honorable Mention: The Underminer (The Incredibles)

Violet (The Incredibles)

She can make force fields and become invisible., plus she gets the hot guy. Who is cooler than her? Ya nobody.

Honorable Mention: Van (Cars)

WALL-E (WALL-E)

This lovable robot is the last of his kind on earth, and he dutifully cleans up garbage from humans for years before he brings the one surviving plant to the rest of humanity. So he saves the world. He's pretty cool.

Honorable Mention: Wheezy (Toy Story)

Young Macintosh (Brave)

He's like Legolas, but a lot less awesome. Ok not really, but he has a bow which is cool.

Zurg (Toy Story)

The most infamous baddie of Pixar, the evil father of Buzz Lightyear will never rest until his son is wiped off the earth. Of course, he is a great father to Buzz' clone, which shows his more sensitive side.
