The Twilight star appeared in supernatural thriller The Messengers directed by Pang Brothers at the tender age of 17.
Kristen played Jess, an outcast teenager who has a bad relationship with her family and only a single friend, Bobby. Moving to a new home in an attempt to make a fresh start for the family, the family enter a cursed household and are confronted with the supernatural elements themselves.
Jennifer Aniston in Leprechaun (1993)
Before hanging out in Central Perk for 10 years and embarking on a tumultuous love affair with paleontologist Ross Geller, a young Jennifer Aniston featured in cult American Horror Comedy Leprechaun directed by Mark Jones and featuring Warwick Davis.
Jennifer plays Tory who is tortured by a Leprechaun whose golden coins have gone missing and is seeking revenge. After a lot of gore and torturous activity, Tory manages to destroy the aforementioned mythical Irish creature by shooting a piece of gum with a four leave clover attached, into its mouth.
Jennifer Lawrence in House At The End Of The Street (2012)
Known for her more famous role Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games, Lawrence also featured in 2012's House At The End Of The Street playing Elissa who enters into a relationship with the mysterious Ryan. Things seem fine at first but Elissa realises that associating herself with Ryan has put herself at danger.

Morgan J. Freeman's 2002 Horror sequel featured a relatively unheard of Mila Kunis who played psychotic Rachael Newman, a serial killer, who is trying to learn everything she can about serial killing in an attempt to become the assistant of a college professor.
Johnny Depp in A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984)
The Pirates Of The Caribbean star was only 21 years old when he featured in this Horror classic directed by Wes Craven. Depp played the character Glen Lantz who is one of the victims of Freddy Krueger who terrorizes a group of teenagers including Glen in their sleep and then kills them in real life.
Leonardo DiCaprio in Critters 3 (1991)
Long before dying on (or off) the Titanic, Leo starred in the third film in the Critters series directed by Kristine Peterson. The 17-year-old played Josh the younger brother of the protagonist Annie. The youngsters are terrorized by these repulsive looking creatures, known as Crites, and try to get to safety.
Matthew McConaughey in Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation (1994)
The second sequel in the franchise directed by Kim Henkel featured the Interstellar star playing the role of Vilmer, a man with a robot leg.

Rennee Zellweger in Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation (1994)
The box office flop that grossed $185,898 also featured Bridget Jones star Rennee Zellweger playing the character of Jenny. Unlike McConaughey, Zellweger has taken the tactical approach of just never really mentioning or making reference to the budget Horror movie.

The Bend It Like Beckham star had a role in 2001's psychological horror The Hole directed by Nick Hamm. Knightly plays Frankie, one of four teenagers who are trapped in an abandoned underground nuclear shelter. Knowing that they are locked in, the teenagers turn on each other.
Viggo Mortensen in Leather: Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3 (1990)
The heir of Gondor starred in the 1990 Chainsaw sequel directed by Jeff Burr playing a hitchhiking cowboy Edward "Tex" Sawyer. Viggo's character is met with a terrible fate when he is soaked with fuel and ignited. Several years later Mortensen starred in global blockbuster Lord Of The Rings Trilogy playing Aragorn who emerges much more triumphantly in the end than Tex did in this horror classic.
