When I first started writing articles, one of my favorite things to do were fan castings and often times when I would fan cast the Caped Crusader, the first face that always pops into my head is the criminally underrated actor Sam Witwer, who most of you might know as either Starkiller from the popular Star Wars the Force Unleashed series, the Emperor from Star Wars Rebels, and Darth Maul from Star Wars the Clone Wars...he's a big Star Wars fan. He also was the main character Aiden on SyFy's Being Human, Doomsday on Smallville, Neil Perry on Dexter, and the random dead soldier in the tank on the Walking Dead. about a small role. about a small role.

Other than Being Human, Witwer has not appeared in many projects as the main role and that is such a shame because I think he is one of the best actors today. The Force Unleashed is what introduced me to Sam Witwer and he did a fantastic job as Starkiller AKA Galen Marek AKA Jacob Nion (he revealed was the original name for the character). I wasn't the biggest fan of Being Human but I did enjoy it and I got to see the range Sam Witwer had as an actor and once again, he nailed it.

So we got great acting, he's a huge nerd which is always a plus in my book, and the man is the greatest when it comes to voices. I watch his streams on Twitch and not only is he hilarious to watch but he has more voices than Robin Williams and Jim Carrey combined.

If that isn't foreshadowing I don't know what is.
If that isn't foreshadowing I don't know what is.

With CW's Arrow and Flash constantly mentioning things in the Batman universe such as Rupert Thorne, Daggett Industries, Blackgate Prison, and WayneTech, and the fact that Superman exists and you can't have Superman without Batman existing in the same universe, I am certain that Batman will be popping up soon enough. Will it be in the same universe as Fox's Gotham? I don't know but either way, IF Batman is too appear in the DCTV Universe: pretty obvious that I think Sam Witwer would be the perfect man for the role.

So I hope you're listening showrunners at Warner Bros., offer Sam the role and I guarantee that you would not be disappointed.

What about you viewers? Is Sam Witwer right for the role or should they cast another guy? Let me know! Also be sure to follow Sam on his Twitch, he has some of the best streams I've ever seen.
