With everyone basically preparing their bunkers for the release date of Bethesda's Fallout 4, a lot of us are just staring at Skyrim and imagining what sort of chaos we'll be able to unleash on November 10th. Skyrim is still something that a lot of people play - and who can blame them? It's a modern masterpiece! But even a masterpiece can be improved upon, right? This is where modders come in.

Skyrim has one of the most dedicated and vibrant mod communities in the history of the medium, some of the stuff they've introduced has been revolutionary! Therefore, before the release of Fallout 4 and Elder Scrolls 6Elder Scrolls 6, I thought we could take a look at some of the mods that need to be included in the next step in the Elder Scrolls franchise!

The Skyrim Mods We Want in Elder Scrolls 6!

It's hard to narrow this down to a few, the amount of fun you can have with some of these additions is almost sinful! We think if Bethesda were to include anything from the modding community in their base game, it's these exquisite creations. Can you imagine what they'd do to Elder Scrolls 6?!

From Thomas to Zoidberg

Fantasy creatures are all well and good, but that doesn't mean that they can't be improved upon! These three mods will set you on the right path in Skyrim, and indicate the kind of future Elder Scrolls 6 deserves. First off, we have Snoopey0 with his mod which turns every mudcrab in the game into Zoidberg. Yes, it is beautiful. Combine that with FancyPantz's No Spider mod and you're laughing! Literally! Just look at what you can expect from the latter.

Scarier than the damned spiders!

But if you really want to improve the world of Tamriel, then Elder Scrolls 6 needs to step up its game and get rid of those dragons. Who needs dragons in a fantasy game when you can replace them with the terrifying scream of a train's whistle? Thomas the Tank Engine is a far more terrifying, fire-breathing beast thanks to this Nexus user, Trainwiz. Just watch the hilarity ensue! You need this in your life.

Just think of the possibilities if we actually combined the above mod with THIS ONE, which brings about 50 dragons into the game to attack you all at once. Elder Scrolls 6 would be cleaning up at every award ceremony for years!

Superpowers Improve Every Release Date!

There are a lot of powers that Bethesda bestow upon your character in Skyrim. The shouts are an intrinsic element to this game's success, but we want this to go a lot further - we need more powers. Elder Scrolls 6 needs to supply us all with the power of poultry. Yes, poultry.

Chicken Man!
Chicken Man!

This mod allows you to summon hordes of chicken to fight by your side, as well as the all-powerful chicken man! Thanks to the efforts of Erian Dragonborn, clayman67 and a Nexus user known simply as "Mike," this dream is a reality in Skyrim! But it shouldn't end there. In a dark world like Tamriel we underestimate the power of levity. There's no better way to subdue your foes than to simply render them helpless; helpless to the power of dance!!!

Yep, that's it people. This is the recipe for success in Elder Scrolls 6!
