As popular as these celebrities may get, they are always sure to make time for the people who loved them long before they were famous. After spending years caring for you and showering you with unconditional love, there's no one out there who loves you like your grandparents.

Whether it's because they help keep them grounded or are always there as a source of comfort, even celebs aren't too busy to dote on their loving grandparents. Here are seven celebrities spending some quality time with their adorable elders.

2. Carol Burnett

If you ever wondered why Carol Burnett gave a quick ear tug at the end of each of her shows, it was to say "hello" to her grandmother who raised her.

3. Barack Obama

In his speech accepting the Democratic nomination for the presidency, Barack Obama was sure to thank one woman who has always been by his side and helped raise him: his maternal grandmother, Madelyn Dunham:

She's the one who taught me about hard work. She's the one who put off buying a new car or a new dress for herself, so that I could have a better life. She poured everything she had into me. And although she can no longer travel, I know that she’s watching tonight and that tonight is her night as well.

4. Miley Cyrus

Not only has Miley's Mammie Loretta Finley made appearances on the singer's social media pages, she's also gone on tour with her grandmother and co-founded the family's fan club. Proud grandmother, indeed!

5. Katy Perry

At the premiere of her documentary Part of Me, Katy Perry gushed fondly about her grandmother, thanking her for keeping her grounded.

My grandmother is in the movie and she steals the show, she is living in Las Vegas and she doesn't acknowledge my success at all, which is exactly what I need. When she was at the Hollywood premiere she was like, 'Oh, why are you here?' and I was like, 'It's my movie,' and she was like, 'Oh is it?' She thought everybody was there to see her!'

6. Scarlett Johansson

ScarJo also took her grandmother, Dorothy Sloan, as the guest of honor while getting her star on the Walk of Fame, and named her daughter Rose Dorothy after her. She...

She has boosted my confidence for 27 years straight. She remains my biggest cheerleader. Thank you grandma for encouraging me always and inspiring me to be a strong, modern, independent woman.

7. Justin Timberlake

Justin Timberlake made the song 'Mirrors' as a tribute to his grandmother and late grandfather. In an interview with Grazia Daily, Sadie Bomar said:

Justin didn't tell me he was doing it (making the video), it was a surprise. He said, "you have to see this video, just you sit down and watch it." I was moved by it, it brings tears to my eyes. It's a lovely tribute to us.

These celebrities know that no matter how much recognition and praise they receive, no one will love you like your grandparents!
