Their are over two thousand stars on the 1.3 mile stretch that is Hollywood's Walk of Fame. With five categories (motion pictures, broadcast television, audio recording/music, broadcast radio, and theater/live performance), there are a number of ways people in the entertainment business can get a star.

On November 2nd, 2015 Snoopy will be receiving the 2,563rd star in the category motion pictures.

Guest speaker will be producer Paul Feig and accepting the star on Snoopy's behalf will be writer/producer Craig Schulz.

“Kids of all ages have been in great anticipation of this star ceremony. Snoopy is one of the most popular personalities of the Peanuts characters and we are pleased to honor him with his very own star that will be situated next to the great cartoonist who created him, Charles M. Schulz!” stated Ana Martinez, producer of the Walk of Fame ceremonies. “We hope that he writes about this special honor in his great American novel!”

Snoopy has had a busy career with 45 television specials, four motion picture films and one Saturday morning TV show. His next big thing is The Peanuts Movie (directed by Steve Martino), which is due in theaters November 6th, 2015.

This year also marks the 65th anniversary of the debut of the Peanuts comic strip and the 50th anniversary of the landmark television special, A Charlie Brown Christmas.

On November 5th, Ridley Scott will be receiving the 2,564th star on the Walk of Fame in the category of Motion Pictures. Guest speaker(s) will be Kristen Wiig, and Russell Crowe.

“We are proud to dedicate a star to one of Hollywood’s most prolific directors who is responsible for so many of Hollywood’s iconic films. Ridley Scott’s work will long be a part of our film history,” stated Leron Gubler, Hollywood Chamber President/CEO.

Ridley Scott has obtained many awards during his long career. Including being honored with an Academy Award nominations for Best Director for his work on Black Hawk Down, Gladiator, and Thelma & Louise. These films also gained DGA Award nominations. Gladiator went to receive Golden Globe and BAFTA nominations for Best Director. It won the Academy Award, Golden Globe, and BAFTA awards for Best Picture.

The directors most recent action-adventure The Martian starring Matt Damon was released in October.

On November 12th, The Boy Who Lived himself will be receiving a star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame. It will be the 2,565th star on the Walk of Fame in the category of Motion Pictures. Guest speaker(s) will be director of the first two Harry Potter movies, and comedian Chris Hardwick.

“Fans of all ages have been waiting in anticipation of Daniel’s star ceremony. They are constantly asking when it will happen. Finally, we have him here in Hollywood, and we are proud to dedicate his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame,” stated Ana Martinez, producer of the Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremonies.

After completing the eighth installment to the Harry Potter franchise in 2010, Daniel Radcliffe has shown that he isn't just The Boy Who Lived. In 2011, he starred in Broadway's How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, which ran for eleven (11) months. This would be the second Broadway show he would've been in after 2008's Equus. In 2012, he starred as Arthur Kipps in The Woman in Black which became an extremely successful British horror movie. He hosted Saturday Night Live and was voted "Entertainer of the Year" by EW. By 2013 he would be on the small screen, starring in televised mini-series A Young Doctor's Notebook where he portrayed the younger doctor who has exchanges with his older self, played by John Hamm.

Radcliffe's next adventure is with 20th Century Fox in Victor Frankenstein where he plays Victor's (James McAvoy) sidekick, Igor. Victor Frankenstein is set to be released November 25th. He set to play Walter in Now You See Me: The Second Act, as well as Nate Foster in Imperium and Lee Atwater in Young Americans. All of these movies have a 2016 release date.
