Last night while I was cosplaying for Halloween, a sudden thought struck me and it left me wondering the following question. Could the literary anti-hero Harry Dresden have been based upon the legendary WWE wrestler The Undertaker?

Now before anyone starts trolling me, I am only referring to their appearances and nothing else.
Now before anyone starts trolling me, I am only referring to their appearances and nothing else.

The following items of compared evidence are based upon my research.

1) Both Wear Black Clothing

2) Both often come out from behind and defeat vastly superior rivals/enemies in strength.

3) While The Undertaker took his current name in the early 1990's, Harry Dresden was not created as a book character until 2000 with the book "Storm Front." However I have since learned that the research for this book began in 1995/ 1996.

4) Both characters have ties to the supernatural. The Undertaker uses this as a gimmick only while Harry Dresden actually does so.

Upon finishing my research I came to the conclusion that even if Harry Dresden was based off off of The Undertaker it would probably be best for my physical well being if I did not research any further. Because while I have a healthy respect for the supernatural, I would rather keep it as respect only and not want it to become a true fear.
