We're just a few weeks away from the debut of the most anticipated movie in DC history so day, but today we're going back to the early roles played by the cast of Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice! That's right, we're going to revisit some of the characters Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Henry Cavill, Jason Momoa, Jessie Eisenberg, Laurence Fishbourne, & Amy Adams portrayed when they were baby-faced newbies entering the Hollywood world. Some of the roles may surprise you a bit. Nonetheless it is part of history, THEIR history on the road to Batman V Superman.

Ready? Let's go!

Ben Affleck - BATMAN

From dweeb to Dark Knight...
From dweeb to Dark Knight...

Before he donned the cape and cowl of the Dark Knight, I bet you wouldn't remember that 43 year old BATFLECK was in the movie version of Buffy The Vampire Slayer!

Ben Affleck also played Chesty Smith with Matt Damon and Brendan Fraser in 1992's School Ties. His role in Dazed & Confused, playing a paddle spanking douchebag Fred O'Bannon is classic. That scene is seared in our heads!

Gal unleashing her fury!
Gal unleashing her fury!

Okay, Gal's movie career basically starts with Fast & The Furious and we are all familiar with her role there. Yet, I bet you didn't know that Gal Gadot was a former model and Ms. Israel in the Ms, Universe pageant? She also served in the Israeli Armed Forces making her a legit hero!

Gal was also part of the cancelled CW show The Beautiful Life, and her portrayal of a supermodel named Olivia was never seen unfortunately. She also had a bit role in Entourage in 2009.

Jason Momoa- AQUAMAN

The world came to know Jason Momoa as the ruthless Khal Drogo on Game of Thrones, but did you know that he was a lifeguard? Oh yes, on the shores of Hawaii-on BAYWATCH!

OH I'm not going to let Jason go without him getting his Drogo on! Check out this cool clip from Tampa Comic Con 2013.

Amy Adams- LOIS LANE

Before she was the persistent reporter for the Daily Planet, Amy Adams was cast in the beauty pageant mockumentary Drop Dead Gorgeous. She's come a long way. Heck, I don't even think she would recognize herself in this film.

Of course we're not going to exclude her portrayal of Princess Giselle in Disneys Enchanted. It was the role in which the world fell in love with her, and with good reason. She literally brought to life what little girls imagined a real life Disney Princess from a far away world would be.

Jessie Eisenberg - LEX LUTHOR

The decades working on screen has given Jessie Eisenberg a chance to evolve his acting style. From Zombieland, The Social Network, Adventureland and now as the villain trying to rule the world by killing its greatest protector, Jessie has walked one hell of a road to Batman V Superman. One of his first roles was on TV opposite another actress turned DC villain Anne Hathaway in Get Real, originally airing on the USA network.

Here is Jessie introducing us to the rules in ZOMBIELAND.

Laurence Fishbourne - PERRY WHITE

I can write three articles talking about the legendary career Laurence Fishburne has had. There is no question that this great actor has left his mark. He has had many diverse roles on both the big and small screen that it's hard to choose one, so I've decided to start with the very first role that I got to know Laurence Fishburne from. I was a little boy when I used to tune in on Saturday Mornings to watch Pee-Wee's Playhouse in the 80's, when one day a character named Cowboy Curtis came on-screen. The rest is television history.

School Daze, The Color Purple, Higher Learning, King Of New York, Boyz in The Hood, the lost goes on and on but let's revisit the role we all love him for more than any other. Need I say more?

Henry Cavill - SUPERMAN

I got to know the future Man of Steel from The Tudors, opposite Jonathan Rhys-Meyers, but even before that he had a role in 2002's Count of Montecristo and an unforgettable role..of sorts in Red Riding Hood as The Hunter.

So there you have it my friends, I hope you learned something new about this amazing cast, because I know I did! Comment below and mention any memorable role that they may have portrayed. Till next time!
