Looks like The Rock has been dethroned!
Meet Martyn Ford, the regular guy that makes Dwayne Johnson look like a lightweight.
Martyn, who currently has over 80.000 followers on Instagram, is 6.8" tall and weighs an astounding 325lbs. In comparison, Dwayne is "only" 6.5" and weighs 262lbs. It would be interesting to see the two of them standing next to each other. Has Dwayne ever met anyone larger than him before?
His story is actually quite inspiring, especially if you're a gym enthusiast yourself. Martyn used to be quite a skinny guy, but after a lot of hard work and dedication he transformed himself into this beast of a man.
We all have a starting point, don't let that put you off! Become who you want not who you are, if your not happy-CHANGE! I have literally doubled my size, I was so thin and ill due to a strange time of my life, I lost weight fast when I was younger due to stress, it took me 12-18 months to really over come the illness, and I came back fighting. People often presume you have always been the way you are today, very quick to judge and assume. Where you have been makes you who you are, so I really appreciate everything I have now as it wasn't always like this. Change is possible, you just have to want it enough to do something about it. Not just change in the physical sense, I mean life! Don't give up, or you will never know what you could become!
In addition to writing inspirational things on Instagram, he enjoys taking photos of himself standing next to regular mortals. The photos are really quite hilarious, this guy is ridiculously big!
These guys must be so confused when they meet him. One one hand, they are really impressed, but on the other hand their self-esteem has just been crushed into little pieces by the real-life version of The Hulk. His head is even larger than average!
His diet is even made for a giant. He eats no less than nine(!) meals a day, and his meals are anything but regular. A normal meal for him will consist of four chicken breasts and fifteen egg whites, as well as tomatoes, peppers and 200g of oats. I can enjoy a big meal too, but not nine times a day!
If you want to get work-out and nutrition advice from this guy, you should definitely follow him on Instagram.
