Time to celebrate, people, because tomorrow sees the welcome return of Nintendo's seminal Direct videos, the first since the untimely passing of their charismatic CEO Satoru Iwata earlier in the summer.
The video, going live at 2 p.m. PT/5 p.m. ET is fixing to offer fans the latest updates on incoming Wii U and 3DS titles, but, unfortunately for us, the House of Mario have stated that there will be zero news regarding the NX console and their venture into mobile.
Instead, prepare yourself to be receiving news on the likes of Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash, Metroid Prime: Federation Force, possibly some fresh DLC for Super Smash Bros and whether or not we'll be getting a HD remaster of Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess as a pleasant little stop gap for the delayed return to Hyrule.
Straight Outta Kyoto
The videos, which combined the company's off the wall sense of humor with games news and super cute content, were first started and fronted by the enigmatic Iwata, and after his passing the Directs were respectfully ceased.
All I'm saying is, I'll be patiently waiting for news on the delayed next instalment of The Legend of Zelda and Star Fox Zero. What about you?
