As confirmed a few days ago, a Call Of Duty movie is in the works, and this can either be really good, or really bad. Not a lot is expected of this movie (or possible series of movies), but I for one would at least like to see this done right. I don't want another failed video game adaptation, I want to see an actual war movie based off the games. How can this be accomplished? With the perfect cast of course! I would like to suggest some actors who would fit in perfectly in this movie, and I hope you enjoy!

1. Gerard Butler

With a leading man not being pinned down for this movie, Gerard Butler is a very solid choice. He has the hardened, badass look down to a tee, and he's played roles where he has been tarnished by the toll of war before. Whether he's doing an American accent and the movie takes place in events that have not happened, or he's playing one of the Allied Forces in a film based on actual events, Butler would be a perfect addition to this movie.

2. Tom Hardy

Another perfect leading man candidate, Hardy would bring literally everybody to the box office. This dude is exploding right now, and he could do wonders for this film. Not to mention he has experience playing a soldier, being in Band of Brothers.

3. Steven Yeun

While this movie should contain a lot of battle-hardened soldiers, it seems that to even out these characters in the games they also have young hot-shots fighting along side them. Who better for that than Steven Yeun? He's used to playing this type of character, and something tells me he's going to need a new gig soon.

4. Hugh Jackman

Hugh Jackman is the ultimate action star, and I can't help but to think that he would make a perfect soldier after watching X-Men Origins: Wolverine. I know, I know, worst X-Men movie ever, but my biggest take away from the movie was that Hugh Jackman fits right into a military setting. He would be awesome as the leading man of this film, or even taking a backseat to the wonderful Tom Hardy or Gerard Butler!

5. Norman Reedus

Norman Reedus might not have what it takes to lead the film, but he would be perfect as a supporting badass. Reedus has experience being in shoot em' ups (movies that is) with The Boondock Saints, and would be a welcome addition to this movie since he is such a popular personality nowadays. Besides, I have a gut feeling that he'll be open to do more projects in the future (The Walking Dead fans know what I'm hinting at).

6. Ray Stevenson

Ray Stevenson is the perfect example of a seasoned badass, and I think he could fit right into this movie. While he is a little older, I think he would be perfect to play some kind of commanding officer or someone in a high position, that still isn't afraid of getting his hands dirty.

7. Rupert Grint

While I do want most of the characters in this movie or movies to be hardened and badass veterans of war, there always seems to be a scared little kid somewhere in these games. I think Grint could be that person. Scared and cowardly, but still an important character to grow upon.

8. Jensen Ackles

Ackles brings the perfect mixture of young hot-shot and kick-ass soldier, so really he could fill the same position as anyone on this list. He would fit right in with the kind of actors on this list, and could work his way out of Dean Winchester's shadow. I mean, tell me you couldn't see this guy going into battle while Shoot to Kill by AC/DC is playing.

9. Scott Adkins

Scott Adkins would fit right into a movie like this. He has the look of a soldier and the acting resume to back up this casting, but the main thing I look for in him is some extreme fight scenes. Adkins is an amazing martial artist, and I would love to see him engage in some hand-to-hand combat in this movie. He has what it takes to be a badass supporting character, and could really show some of his best work in a film like this.

10. Eminem

Could you imagine if Eminem was cast in a Call of Duty movie? Everyone would go crazy with excitement. Eminem and Call of Duty go together like peanut butter and chocolate, and this could finally be the movie that brings him into the action world, after missing out on Elysium and Southpaw. And if Eminem did the soundtrack for the movie? Even better.
